Life-changing
I contacted the Hypnosis and Therapy centre to resolve my fear of driving. I didn’t know what to expect as I had never done hypnotherapy before but I saw all the amazing reviews and that helped me decide as I had not found a way to deal with my fear of driving. I had three sessions with Fiachra and his therapy has been life-changing for me. I’ve experienced improvements in all areas of my life, I realised I had had a lot of anxiety that I don’t have any more I feel so aligned with myself and free of fears and worries. And I have no problem driving any more. I wish I had done it long time ago.
I did in-person sessions with Fiachra - the space was cosy and quiet. Fiachra is brilliant at what he does! He is very generous with his time as well.
I’d highly recommend the Hypnosis and Therapy Centre to anyone considering it! It’s been an incredible improvement of my life. Thank you, Fiachra!!

Where do I start..
Where do I start... For most of my life I've suffered with anxiety and always trying to avoid meetings or engagement or even family gatherings with the fear my anxiety would get the better of me. It got to the stage where I had to do something about it as I had an important job interview coming up which I didn't think I'd even get shortlisted for. So I contacted Fiachra and from the first phone call I felt a huge weight had been lifted of my shoulders its so weird I'm one of them people I was sceptical about the whole thing. But after a session you feel the change and have that spring in your step , I done 5 session's and its changed my outlook on life completely I've learned so much from it. To anyone who is in the same boat as myself just try it out its life changing and well worth every penny. Fiachra is brilliant and makes you so comfortable straight away. So anyone thinking of Hypnosis I'd recommend this company.

I could tell from speaking with you that you were capable of so much more, but like so many others, were holding yourself back.
It's interesting, because our subconscious mind often holds us back in order to "protect us". It's doing what it feels is right! But sometimes, it is not the best thing for us. By releasing these psychological resistances, you can experience the clarity, mental performance and self-confidence that has been there all along.
Anxiety can be a heavy burden to carry, and I'm glad that you reached out for support before your job interview. It's not uncommon to feel skeptical about hypnosis, but experiencing the positive changes firsthand can be truly transformative.

I started hypnotherapy to help with my fear of public speaking. I didn’t really know if it would work on me initially but after my first session with Fiachra, I instantly felt so much more confident. Fiachra’s support was amazing, he was always available to take my calls when needed outside of our scheduled sessions which really helped my progress.
My life almost instantly got so much better as I felt free from this fear that was holding me back.
He really helped change my perspective around public speaking and I feel that presentations are a lot more manageable now. I don’t dread them like I used to. I did my sessions online which was really convenient. I would 100% recommend hypnotherapy for public speaking and social anxiety, it allows you take back control rather than letting the mind get carried away with fear subconsciously.
Very grateful to Fiachra, both my work and personal life have improved so much since working with him.

A really fantastic experience with…
A really fantastic experience with Fiachra over the course of the 5 sessions and many phone calls(I have to add the phone calls were at no extra cost and he really encouraged me to keep in touch between sessions to ask anything or clarify anything I wanted). He taught me how to see things in a different way, put a different perspective on the way we view how we think and act. His many analogies will stick with me forever as they really ingrain in my head this new way of thinking. He was easy to talk to, very easy to listen to and be guided by and very encouraging. It was a thoroughly worthwhile experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has anything at all in their lives they'd like to resolve. The experience was truly life changing
The experience was truly life changing. Through a series of online sessions, Fiachra has helped me overcome childhood trauma and be my true self. I see life now through a totally different lens and can honestly say I am content with every aspect of my life. And if I'm not I can adult my way to resolving anything life throws at me rather than resorting to self destructive ways of thinking and acting.

Fiachra is the best in the business!
I have had an incredible experience working with Fiachra over the last number of weeks. After trying a lot of different psychological approaches and techniques to build my inner confidence, Fiachra's approach is the only one that has really worked. In just a few weeks, I feel so much more at ease in myself and I feel I am back to being my natural self and huge positive things are happening in all areas of my life as a result of this work. I have left writing a review for a while has I do not like to give bad ones but this has got to me time and time again In my opinion this is a complete waste off time true my phone call I was told a price I had to pay a major deposit,I went to the first session and it’s was basically talking load gibberish going around in circles and half way true this he asked about the remainder off the balance he finished off the session and again on upon finishing asking again which I paid to only find out few weeks later it was not the price agreed on the phone it was 100 euro, I went to the following session thinking it may be different but it was the same was no hypnosis was basically therapy asking what did I want from life and to think about that,I was told theses sessions had to be all within a certain time to work but but they always seem to be busy and then went on holidays and took an extra few days to get back to reschedule after,I was contacted in fairness but nearly week and half later but by then I had lost all faith and Interest,I had a read off there website after this to find out they done a free session for a trail which was not there two weeks previous nor was I told on the phone if I had off seen this I would have saved my self 1100 euro that’s including the extra 100 I got charged for nothing,to take this amount off Somone within a week offer no refunds it’s a scam if it wasn’t they would pay pre session like most hypnosis do which I have tryd after a hell off a lot cheaper,they did offer 24/7 assistance but this felt to me like plain old therapy and the one time I did give a call it was not available but did get back to me the next day which I had my 2nd appointment anyway once again apologise for leaving a bad review but I felt like I was conned out off 1000 euro and a would like people to here my experience

You can see in all of our amazing reviews that we truly do care about each and every client we serve. So it is a pity that this was your recollection and experience.
Our records show that you signed up for 5 sessions, yet you only attended 2. We checked our logs and there are multiple calls, a text message AND a WhatsApp reaching out to arrange your next appointment, and stating we have been trying to contact you. We got no response.
We cannot, and should not impose any support on any client if they do not wish to engage.
At no stage did you indicate any of these sentiments during or in-between your 2 sessions, as they would have been addressed quickly. That is our ethical responsibility and you can see in our other 5-star views that all of our clients get this care and attention.
We are also wondering what motivated your review with the statements above. Even still, you are still free to complete the remaining sessions if you reach out to us.
Caitríona and Fiachra had scheduled holidays/time-off at the end of September 2023 which were factored into your program. Your sessions would have been completed had you not rescheduled the two of your appointments to later dates. Of course we understand that life happens! And unscheduled changes pop-up, such as work or family commitments.
The Hypnosis and Therapy Centre have almost 200 positive reviews across all platforms which demonstrate the life-changing effects that our sessions have had on so many of our past clients. It is regretful that you believe this is a “scam” and that Fiachra was speaking “gibberish”. There has been countless success stories over the past 2 decades, so it is a pity that you chose to only complete 2 sessions.
We must also mention that we have never provided 24/7 assistance, and it would be impossible to do so, make calls, see our clients and sleep!

Update 8/5/25:
This is frankly bizarre. I posted the below review two years ago and Fiachra had already responded to it, but for some reason, has decided to edit his response again two years later (today). I don't appreciate the message in the edited response which makes it sound like I didn't follow the programme he offered. That is not true. You can clearly see in my original review that he didn't respond to me. I did the sessions and nothing changed. I would ask the clinic to please stop editing and changing the response years after the fact.
Updated December 2023: My review is below. I posted it earlier this year and was then contacted by Fiachra and offered further sessions if I took the review down. He said that if it didn't work obviously I was free to put the review up again. Unfortunately, it didn't work so I'm putting the original review up again, so people can make up their own minds.
Original review, 2023:
I thought long and hard about even posting this review. But then I thought this would be important for people to see. When I was considering whether I wanted to part with such a large amount of money, I checked Trustpilot to see what people said, and there was an overwhelming amount of 5 star reviews so I was really excited to get started.
I did three sessions for binge eating, Fiachra followed by ringing but I missed the call. He left a message saying he would ring me again, and I never heard anything after that. I'm still binge eating. It didn't cure anything, which is whay upsets me the most.
I'm happy for everyone else here who has had such change, but nothing changed for me.
I also wished that the whole thing had been clearer - I've had hypnosis in the past and I thought that's what it would be like. I'm deeply disappointed with the outcome, as I spent hundreds of euro and have nothing to show for it.
I'm leaving this review not to disparage the clinic, but to show anyone out there who might be considering this, that it may not work at all.

As we discussed during our sessions, I provide all clients with daily support calls between sessions if needed. This is to reinforce the changes and check-up on their progress. These were not availed by you at the time which may have proven useful. Our proven strategy has worked for all clients that engage fully with the program, which is why we are where we are!
I cannot, and should not, impose any support on any client but it is freely available even after the issues are resolved. You can see that in all of the other positive reviews which make up almost all of our reviews across all platforms.

I would highly recommend speaking with Fiachra. He changed my perspective on a number of limiting thought processes. Everything from learning to understand anxiety, thinking positively and really looking at how you see and treat yourself. Before the course he said my mind would be blown - I was sceptical, but it really was. A great guy too! If you're looking for a change - then this is a really good start.

I had 5 sessions with Fiachra and am…
I had 5 sessions with Fiachra and am finished a few weeks now . I was suffering with awful panic attacks and riddled with Anxiety for a couple of years to the point where I could not take it anymore . I was willing to try anything so after some research I found Fiachra . I went into this a bit sceptical but with a very open mind . OK to say it worked is an understatement, I am blown away by the results as I am back to my old self full of confidence and happy go lucky exactly what I wanted from this therapy . I'm very very happy with the outcome 100% satisfied.
And as an added bonus if you will I told Fiachra about a huge phobia I had of needles in my veins ie to give blood etc . So Fiachra said I would have this phobia no more so I booked a full health check and today I went to the clinic and gave blood "without passing out as that's what had happened when I tried to give a blood test 14 years ago " . So all in all thank you so much for changing my life and my mindset and outlook on life in general . 🌟😊

Although I will probably never…
Although I will probably never understand how hypnotherapy works, it does and I don’t need to understand. How I will feel in 6 months time I have no idea but what I can say is my mindset is much more calmer with the destructive thoughts that have been haunting me very much in the distance and not able to intrude any more. That is all I asked for, no one can be happy all the time but everyone deserves to have peace of mind and Fiachra has given that to me

I had a bad experience with this…
I had a bad experience with this company, I attended for 2 sessions that cost a lot of money and they done nothing for me, fiacra told me to ring or txt anytime as it was part of the plan, but he just completely ignored me, what an absolute waste of money ,and I was homeless at the time so money was very tough to come by, avoid ,

While I am proud of the service I provide I am always willing to improve where possible.
I tried calling, texting and emailing you before posting this reply as I wanted to understand where I could have assisted you more, and to clarify some of your observations.
The contrast between your review and our call logs, texts and emails point out that your claims are untrue. In all our texts, phone calls and emails you seemed happy, as was I, to work around your circumstances.
You had only attended one session and had only paid a deposit. We agreed a payment plan for when you got a job so there was no pressure on you. We don’t usually provide payments plans, but I felt after our conversations that it could make a real difference in your life.
I had called you a number of times, you can check your call log, which shows we had conversations at length over the phone. I’m confident that you were not ignored in any way, and I always aim to serve my clients as best I can.
I truly care about helping my clients, and you. You can tell from all of our other reviews on Trustpilot and Google. I only wanted to help you, which is why we have tried to reach out to you before posting this reply.
There was communication in June by text to organise your Complimentary Breakthrough Session. But here are the texts and email dates thereafter:
26/6/23 – first session – only paid the deposit rather than a full session as we agreed a payment plan to accommodate your situation.
2/7/23 – you cancelled your session respectfully by email the day before your second session due to funds. You said you would organise your second session once you got another job
3/7/23 – we responded the next day via email saying we encourage you to get back in contact when ready
5/7/23 – you emailed describing your symptoms going to work eg. Breathing heavy, couldn’t sleep
5/7/23 – that day we emailed back empathising and reaching out once again encouraging you to ring us when you had the chance
23/07/23 – You asked for a call the night before you started your new job. I responded by email that night after 9pm asking if it was too late to call you, but you had already gone to sleep
24/07/23 – You responded by email saying you went to work
Based on our communication, it is clear that you were not ignored, as you were responding and were appreciative of my communication. I also empathise if you were homeless, but there was no mention in any of our conversations or communication that this was the case.
We reached out a final time over the weekend but you hung up. I also noticed the string of eight 1-star reviews on Trustpilot for other businesses.
We truly hope you find the service you are looking for. Please reach out if you want to discuss further.

chronic insomnia
I was suffering from chronic insomnia, high anxiety and nervous tension before seeing Fiachra. I had several visits to my doctor, who, after realising that I hadn't slept in over a year, recommended that I go to a sleep clinic. I had been taking OTC medications and other sleeping aids. Having read the reviews Hypnosis and Therapy Centre, I decided to give it a go. My sessions were on line. The best way to describe my experience is that it has been transformative! My life has transformed for the better and I cannot thank Fiachra enough for his guidance and encouragement. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to regain control of their life.
