I am very grateful to Hypofriend and the consultant Julia for helping my family and I to go through all the paperwork and helping out with every single detail that goes around finding and buying property. The service is amazing and people working there ( I spoke to 3 in total since my process took long) are always willing to help and to clarify any doubts.

Specially valuable was for me:
- Explaining everything regarding laws and finance in a clear way. Specially for people who work in an entirely different environment and is new to the terminology.
- Fast email reply.
- Reassuring way of writing and talking, so people who are beginners in the investment world do not get scared every 3 minutes.

Also, the software to calculate what you can afford and what is every calculation in detail works amazing and gives real numbers.

Last but not least, The email alert for apartments/investments that fit your possibilities is super helpful to see what's in the market.

It was great working with the Hypofriend experts. Helge, Henry and Janina were very helpful. I got advice not only for mortgage options but also the procedure to acquire documentation of the property, steps for notar and bank payments.

I really appreciated the presentation and thorough discussion of my mortgage options - compared to when I went into my bank and the mortgage adviser scribbled down some notes on a piece of paper, the technology that Hypofriend uses makes it really easy to understand what's going on, what the options are, and how the process works.

I also got really good, sound advice from my adviser all the way through the process. It probably wasn't quite as personalised as if I'd had my own long-term financial adviser but then I wouldn't expect that from an online company; it was really useful all the same.

As my German was not sufficient to continue the process, after some point of the time they helped me while communicating with makler, who is German Speaker. Process was very simple and faster than my expcetation.

The process of looking and applying to a mortgage was extremely smooth thanks to Jens. Communication was constant, with the consultant always available to answer all my questions and make sure I got the best mortgage for my situation. I received support during the whole process, with Jens going to the extra mile to make sure I could have all the documents ready and secure the best interest rate possible on time. The whole exchange was friendly but professional, as Jens is extremely knowledge about all the topics, which made the process a very positive experience.

This was my first time applying for a mortgage and Julia Biener of Hypofriend helped me every step of the way, always with explanations, patience, kindness and reminders.

Julia supported me in applying for a bond to two financial institutions. She took care if all the paperwork, and I simply had to sign my name. It was a breeze on my side, because she went the extra mile.

The advisor (Timur) was very nice and helpful - and most of all patient. I have tried another company before this one and have not had a great experience, because I felt like I was asking stupid questions all the time. Here, on the other hand, I was always treated the best way and we could successfully solve all the issues! Also, the response time was very quick. I felt well-supervised :)

Nicole was very patient in explaining all doc details and made a great effort to make herself available for any of my possible coming-up questions along the mortgage application process. Great professionality was shown at the early stage of communication, and trust was built very rapidly which certainly helped move forward the mortgage application at the right direction without causing any side hassles.
Besides, everyone else I got the chance to interact with at hypofriend showed high professionality and each one of them proceeded with any of my requests in a timely manner, which left a fabulous impression of the service provided by the whole team.
Would definitely come back for more help going forward if other mortgage supports needed.

Makes navigating the Germany mortage process super straight-forward

It was an extremely great experience with Jaclyn and Henryk for me. There are couple of very important things that made me feel very nice. 1. Professional same time friendly. 2. Able to understand the customer situation, life Style and offer solutions based on that. 3. Patience inspite of repeated questions. There is no reason i could tell why you shouldn't deal with Hypofriend. I like the mindset of this company and their employees so much.

Hypofriend expert helped us from the beganing to end of our apartment buying process. They are always ready for a call if you have questions.

Jan from Hypofriend did a great job helping me with the best mortgage options and choosing the bank to secure the financing. I got a comprehensive step-by-step guidance and recommendations in English.

I ultimately believe that the agent is why I am happy with Hypofriend, but it could be also that the company culture put together such great people!
However, Hypofriend agent were the first broker to contact me back, and the agent offered me the best deal possible for my situation while the other 4 brokers I met with, did not even try it as such deal did not even exist for them and they all wanted the "easy" one for them which was not the best deal for me.
On top of that, I felt very fortunate with the Agent as her english were excellent and she took her time on helping me go over all the contracts and explain it in details as well as helping me fill in the forms for the application.
This is not the first time I am buying a property, although the previous times I was very satisfied with the result I would definitely go back to here for the future.

To put it simply, I would have given up if it wasn't for Sven from Hypofriend. He explained all the steps I had to follow, found me the best mortgage, defended me when the bank wanted to increase the interest rate. Defended me again when the real estate agent said that finding some of the documents necessary for the mortgage was not his problem. My german is non existent and I managed to buy an apartment in 2 months in Berlin thanks to Sven.

We are grateful to have had Sven’s patient, helpful, and professional help through the process of securing our mortgage. Sven was incredibly patient in answering our (many many) questions along the way, making sure we understood all of our options, and clearly explaining everything we needed to know at each step, especially as non-Germans with limited language skills and no understanding of the real estate system here. He went above and beyond to help us secure the best rate from the bank, especially after we had some delays in signing the paperwork. We could not have bought a flat without Sven’s sage advice! We would wholeheartedly recommend Sven, and Hypofriend to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Everyone I had contact with, were incredibly professional and friendly, but most important very knowledgeable. Julia was our main consultant, and I can't say enough how helpful she was. We felt supported trough the entire process, and despite our many questions, Julia was always available for us.
