I have been using i2i for at least 10 years and they never let me down. All the staff are incredibly friendly and I always feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. Before my eye exam, Stephen immediately noticed that I had a chalazion on my eyelid and gave me instructions to treat it. The eye exam was thorough and professional, and he took the time to answer all my questions without rushing.

Choosing new glasses was great fun and Jennifer and Michael were full of lots of advice. There is a great selection and they helped me find the perfect pair, plus prescription sunglasses. I really appreciated the personalised attention.

I would definitely recommend i2i to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent service!

Great service from Stephen and the team. Bought my glasses from here and then brought in Sunglasses to have reglazed great price and had them back within a day. Great prices and staff makes you feel really welcome.

I2i Howard St Glasgow with Sean and his team have been simply superb. My partner had recommened I2i from previous visits, and I could not agree more now.
The eye test was thorough, yet with a relaxed vibe. The choice of available designer frames on display was indeed a sight to behold-pun intended! Super fast and efficient service, with a bespoke experience and multiple options available for lenses and coatings. Customer aftercare has likewise been an absolute delight. Totally recommend, and will be back in two years' time. Delighted and greatful from Iceland.

Brilliant friendly, informative and expert service.

From the minute you walk through the door you are made very welcome and treated like an old friend. Re the eye test, Stephen made you feel at ease and was very knowledgeable and professional when carrying it out, giving a full explanation of the various tests carried out. Then when picking new frames David was excellent, I had picked out a couple of frames prior to the test and while I was with Stephen he picked out other frames that he thought might suit me. What I can I say, he was right, I picked the frames he thought were most suitable, David then explained about my lens choices, again extremely helpful with no pressure on which ones to choose.
While eye tests and picking glasses is not something to look forward to, all I can say is that the service received made my visit an enjoyable experience.

Went for my yearly check up yesterday and yet again had great service. Been going there for roughly 25 years now and thoroughly recommend them. Stephen is the best as almost 3 years ago he diagnosed me with a specific condition that my GP missed completely. Entire staff are so friendly and helpful. See you in a year's time 🤩

Went back to I21 (City Branch)
They were just so helpful.
Had my specs back within a few days with a better than new repair.
I can't speak too highly of i2i
My wife who is also a customer would never go anywhere else.
I recently bought a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses specfically for golf a few months ago. They are excellent .
The prescription was quite complex as they are specifically for golf.
Again i2i got it right.
Definitely made a big difference.

I had travelled a significant distance to visit i2i given their unparalleled selection of frames from different manufacturers. I was greeted, introduced to the shop and then left to peruse and try on frames I liked the look of, all while being checked in on by the non-invasive and highly professional staff. When I had begun to narrow down my choices I was then talked through all of the options (including a myriad of colours and staff suggestions) before finally picking a set I loved. Then followed measurements and I was told, that because the make the lenses in-house, I would return in an hour for frame adjustments and the lenses fitted. STUNNING service. We will be back again, I now have a taste for Cutler and Gross and look forward to a continued relationship with i2i as my glasses wearing journey continues! Simply wonderful experience.
