Seit 8. März 2026 habe ich mich bereits 4 mal an die Fa. iamzchef gewandt, wegen einem über Fa. Kaufland im Dezember 2024 gekauften Slowjucer.

Dieser liess sich schwer zusammen bauen.
2 Teile verkeilten sich. Fa. iamzchef hat auch Fotos davon erhalten. Dreimal habe ich die Fa. erinnert,
das der Entsafter nicht mehr funktioniert, Aber es passiert nichts. Ich kann das wohl in den Müll werfen?

I purchased an amzchef electric juicer over 3 years ago and have used it consistently. Its a great, well buit product. Recently a component was damaged due to a user error. When I reached out Amazchef's customer service were ready and willing to help me with a replacement part, something they didn't need to do. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you Amzchef!

Purchased an AMZChef wall oven from Lowes. We used it 5 days and the oven stopped working. It wont turn on at all and completely un-usable. We have contacted the manufacturer 4 times and have been unable to get any resolution thus far. We continually get a promise of a 24 hour response but have yet to get a response in a week of attempts. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

Bought the AMZCHEF Slow Juicer from Amazon. Arrived today and massively disappointed! Looked like it was packaged by a child and the housing had several feet missing. I feel insulted!

An Electric top stove from AMZCHEF malfunction, I had to purchase a new one from a local store. Contacted the website and received a discount on parts from them. Contact them by email to purchase the control module, they request more info like serial number etc, submitted the info the same day (That was Dec 2025), no one ever answer after that email. Call few times and at the last call the receptionist created a case number to be answer in 23 hrs and today end of January 2026 nothing. I continue calling dayl and now the phone cannot be completed as dial.
So assume BANKRUPT, GOOD BYE.

Ich habe am 01.12. einen 4L Reiskocher bestellt und etwa zwei Wochen später stattdessen einen 2L Reiskocher erhalten. Am 18.12. habe ich den Kundenservice sofort über die falsche Lieferung informiert und um eine Lösung gebeten.

Zunächst wurde mir eine 20€ Gutschrift angeboten, die ich ablehnte, da ich den 4L-Reiskocher benötigte. Anschließend sollte ich den falschen Reiskocher auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden, bevor der richtige an mich verschickt werden würde. Erst nachdem ich protestiert habe, bot man an, die Kosten der Retoure nachträglich zu erstatten.

Trotz meiner Aufforderung, den richtigen Reiskocher unverzüglich zu versenden, wurde in der weiteren Kommunikation nicht mehr auf mein Anliegen eingegangen.
Zudem erhielt ich widersprüchliche Informationen zur Rücksendeadresse: zunächst bestätigt per Mail, dann plötzlich doch falsch und man weigert sich, die dadurch entstandenen Kosten welche ich schon ausgelegt habe, zu übernehmen.

Dieses Verhalten ist extrem kundenunfreundlich und inakzeptabel. Bis heute (05.01.2026) gibt es keine Lösung: Ich weiß weder, wie die Retoure korrekt ablaufen soll (der Kundenservice kann mir bis heute nicht die richtige Adresse für die Retoure mitteilen, was auch ziemlich verwunderlich ist), wer die Kosten nun im Voraus trägt, noch wann ich endlich den richtigen Reiskocher erhalte.

Meiner Meinung nach hätte die Firma nach meiner Meldung am 18.12. sofort den korrekten Reiskocher versenden müssen um ihrer Vertragserfüllung nachzukommen.
Außerdem muss AmzChef für die Rücksendekosten des falschen Artikels aufkommen und darf hier nicht den Kunden in Vorleistung gehen lassen oder wie in meinem Fall, auf den Kosten sitzen lassen.

Fazit: Wer bei AmZchef bestellt, muss mit Chaos, falscher Ware und schlechter Kundenbetreuung rechnen. Ich kann diesen Anbieter auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Install Unit on November 18, 2025, Have Used for 10 Days Now and Everything Works Great.
Cooks Perfect. I Have Not Seen the Problems From the Other Reviews Complaints.
I Like the Five Burners, Large Burner in Center, Two Small Burners on Front and Small Burners on Back. Perfect.

The One Thing I Would Like Changed is The Writing of the Burner Wattage on Each Unit,
Very Bright Letters. I Just Match Pot or Skillet Size To The Burner Size.
Would Like The Extra Print Eliminated, Or Lighter or Not At All.

Ich habe über die Webseite von AMZCHEF ein Induktionskochfeld bestellt. Das Kochfeld kam jedoch völlig zersplittert bei mir an, obwohl die Verpackung unbeschädigt war.
Ich habe das per Mail an den Service gemeldet, und um Rückerstattung gebeten, jedoch keine Antwort bekommen. Erst nach fast 2 Wochen bekam ich eine Mail und man kündigte an, mir ein neues Kochfeld zu schicken, auf den Wunsch nach Rückerstattung wurde nicht eingegangen.
Nach ein paar Tagen kam ein neues Kochfeld. Leider stellte ich direkt nach dem Einbau fest, dass dieses bei niedriger und mittlerer Hitze extrem pulsierte, anstatt die Temperatur gleichmäßig zu halten.
Damit war das Kochfeld für mich unbrauchbar und ich habe einen Widerruf an iAMZCHEF geschickt. Man wollte mich zunächst an den technischen Service verweisen, hat dann aber eingestanden, dass das Kochfeld bei den Stufen 1-6 pulsieren würde. Da dies aber kein technischer Mangel sei, würde mir die Rücksendung (per DHL nach Bremen) mit 64€ (!!!) berechnet werden.
Nach einer wütenden Antwortmail meinerseits reduzierte man das auf 28,50, was immer noch weit über den tatsächlichen Versandkosten liegt.
Zudem sitze ich noch auf dem defekten Kochfeld und muss das selbst entsorgen.
iAMZCHEF hat sich nach der Rücksendung nie wieder gemeldet, zum Glück habe ich mein Geld über PayPal zurückbekommen.
Fazit: Das Kochfeld war von minderwertiger Qualität und der Service schlecht. Ich möchte gar nicht wissen, was im Falle eines Defekts nach einigen Wochen passiert wäre. Nie wieder AMZCHEF!!!

Ich habe über iamzchef eine Induktionskochplatte bestellt ,die kam zersplittert an, trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme per E‑Mail wurde ich ignoriert. PayPal‑Fall wurde eröffnet, aber bislang keine Lösung seitens des Verkäufers. Sehr enttäuschend, würde ich nicht empfehlen.

I’ve had the Amzchef juicer for quite a while now and I use it a lot! It does a great job and never fails! I accidentally dropped the brush into the machine which did its best to chew. As you can imagine, the brush and the filter too was so badly damaged, the machine was unusable.
Customer Service at Amzchef is truly second to none! I owned up to being a clumsy oaf, yet they sent replacement parts without accepting a penny of payment!
I have my juicer ready for service again! I am so pleased.

Reliable and Durable Induction Cooktop

After three years of daily use, this cooktop still works like new. It heats up quickly, is energy-efficient, and easy to clean. The touch controls are responsive, and temperature adjustment is precise.

I also appreciate its safety features, like automatic shut-off when no cookware is detected. Overall, a great long-lasting choice!

Purchased the AMZCHEF 4 in 1 Electric Health Grill, Griddle, Panini Press, Waffle&Sandwich Maker,
Excellent product used every day. Unfortunately developed a minor fault. Customer services were excellent. Once I had satisfied the request for proof of problem (not unreasonable) a brand new unit was quickly sent. Very happy with product and service

I have now purchased two of these through Amazon.

Both just died in power after weekly use in only three months

Messaging amchef on their chat. They don’t even reply

Doesn't provide parts for discontinued products. Otherwise good. Good juicers and support.

Update (02/25/2026): Refused to ship replacement part for damaged juicer under warranty for free unless I rated them 5 stars on Amazon.

On April 27, 2024, I purchased a brand new 36" Gas cooktop burner with a 1 year warranty. Today is July 2nd, 2024. Had it installed and there is obvious gas leaking from the knobs. This is an internal leak. AMZCHEF has refused to honor their "warranty" or do anything about the issue. They told me, "Goodluck", when I told them I would file complaints.

This is a scam company. Avoid them.

the product is simply amazing and extracts the juice from apples, ananas, ginger, and many more (not bananas :o°)... then i lost a part and could no longer use it. I contacted IAMZCHEF support (email address in the notice) for the replacement part. It wasnt easy as they have several models. I have never experienced such a kind and dedicated service! it took several days and exchanges of emails. I never had to send any reminder whatsoever, the team made a first class follow-up to find a solution! many thanks to the IAMZCHEF team! URZCHEF! :)

My experience with with AMZchef has been the complete opposite of some of the reviews here. I ordered 2 items - a induction cooker and blender. They came within 10 days and arrived in great condition. Good packaging and the products exceeded my expectations. The blender rivals my Vitamx and the cook top heats up super quickly!

I haven't had to reach out to customer service, but the service that I've recieved so far has been very good.

Looking forward to purchasing a juicer and perhaps a second blender for our other home.

Horrible charged my credit card never saw anything more than an email saying we got your order. Guess that meant thanks for the free Money. They the send a how did we do email in German. Order number 1218

I purchased two hotplates. One in 2020 and one in 2021. The one from 2021 made a loud bang last week and stopped working. I contacted the vendor who has gone out of their way to obfuscate and deny my rights under French and EU law. I have asked them to repair, replace or reimburse the full cost of the item and they have refused. A company to avoid.
