Ordered a 100qt cooler - that is not usable space - it has 2 lids and the second compartment is 80% filled with the compressor - that gives you a usable space of about 60qts. It was $800 on sale. They charge $240 for return shipping. Also the handle is a super cheap telescoping handle that would easily snap when loaded - handle is 3/4” suit case style handle that telescopes out the back. I wanted to splurge on a high end cooler and this is not it.

The first 95 dz cooler had defects with the doors not closing properly so air was causing condensation and freezing buildup. They did replace it but the replacement unit is also defective in that the thermostats caused my non freezer side to freeze and will not maintain a 36 degree temperature causing milk, butter and fridge items to freeze. Bodega is now ignoring me ... Complaints with the Various agencies are forthcoming.. don't buy their defective 'stuff'.

I was planning on getting one of these however after reading so many bad reviews I think the smarter thing to do is to go elsewhere.

Eine Anfrage beim Support wurde sofort beantwortet und ein faires Angebot unterbreitet.

Last time I replaced the air filter in my Bodega wine cooler it cost me $20. I went on their website today to “Order Again”. They are now looking for $40 for the exact same item!

Dont buy bodega ,Takes forever for them to reply to my e.mails, their warranty never works and their coolers don't cool after short period of time .cheaply built in china.

Maybe the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The hinge on the lid of the fridge broke upon first use. Customer service was 100% AI, not one phone call or human interaction of any kind. I responded to countless emails requesting photos, model #s, proof of purchase, etc., only to wait 2 weeks for AI to tell me my return request is waiting to be approved. Bodega won't honor a simple return, they first have to involve engineers and technicians and then your return request has to be approved. Seriously? I expressed my frustration and requested a phone call or some sort of human interaction and only ever received useless AI responses. I read about Bodegas awful customer service, but I ordered the fridge anyway because it was a great deal. I should have listened to the reviews. Uggh.

Don't buy this cheap China product, once you do, it will be the last time you hear from the China company.

Horrible Customer Service!
I purchased a refrigerator from bodega for $648.55. It was delivered damaged with a large dent in the front corner. The package was even visibly damaged in the delivery photo. Bodega Cooler customer service is horrible. They don’t return phone calls and communicate horribly through email. They have yet to offer me a new refrigerator or a refund. I will never purchase anything from Bodega Cooler again.

Their coolers just last 1 year!!!!!, when you claim warranty they don't answer you anymore and disappear

Bought bodega cooler /fridge. Loved it! Works great on our boat. However, at the end of our 2nd summer, the fridge quit cooling. Display works,fan works,compressor doesn't. Fuse is good, no reset. Left email and called company. No response. At $250 I expected more than 22 months!! I don't recommend

unresponsive to emails and phone calls, this company is a joke! Unable to resolve issue with damaged wheels on upright cooler. several emails and very little help, the contact number goes straight to voice mail with no return phone calls. Be prepared if you have an issue with your purchase and need assistance. You will be SOL!

They have a spin to win discount offer on their site and was able to test it. Doing over 120 different spins it never landed on the $100 coupon on the wheel, and only once landed on the $50 off coupon (which doesn’t even work when testing it in the checkout). The rest of the spins always landed on lower price discounts. I can’t find anything where the $100 off coupon even works so seems like you can’t land on it at all. Seems like a shady company with deceptive ‘sale’ tactics.

Bodega coolers are great quality without being too overpriced like most electric cooler brands. Im using their little freezer with my solar setup to make icecream!

Very easy to navigate website. I ordered two items, one shipped right away, the other was delayed. Possibly out of stock, but the website did it say. However not a big deal for my situation. Overall, a pleasant experience.
