Really happy with my experience with this company. I have a beautiful item that surpassed expectations and enjoyed great customer service.

I recently purchased Ian Snow's abstract round carved wooden mirror, which is beautifully handpainted, ethically sourced and was delivered quickly. Also, Meghan was very responsive when I contacted the company with some questions about the item.

I love the colourful, fairtrade items at Ian Snow, their personal and friendly approach, and the company's mission to have minimal negative impact on the planet. My customer experience has been excellent and I will treasure my stunning mirror for years to come. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian Snow and hope to buy more from this company in the future.

I purchased an on-line gift card as a present. I wanted to send the gift card directly to the recipient.
It was unclear when ordering if I could send the gift card directly via e-mail to the recipient.
The outcome was the gift-card came to me via e-mail and I then forwarded the gift card to my friend. I was disappointed there was no system to add a message on the web site and send the gift card directly.
However, my friend was delighted to receive the gift card and thought the products on Ian Snow looked lovely and appealed to her style.

Beautiful, vibrantly-coloured rug, delivered promptly. Loved the originality and boldness of the design - and the fact that it was ethically sourced was a real bonus.

Loved the mirrored tallboy which was better than I imagined and the delivery experience was brilliant. The guys carried it to where I asked and took away all the packaging too and smiled.
