I bought a hanging lantern which was as beautiful as I'd imagined from the online picture. Fast delivery, well packaged to protect the glass and good value.

I was so happy to find such beautiful 100% recycled cotton rugs on Ian Snow's website. I was looking for a vegan, eco friendly option that would be soft underfoot and this was perfect. After first ordering a runner, which exceeded expectations, I ordered a larger rug and am very pleased. Some previously boring spaces in our new house are now alive and cosy. Thank you!

I have to say i am so disappointed with the quality of this rug that we bought. It was expensive and honestly it’s like a bath towel which we have laid on the floor. Pulling in every which way when you step on it and just moving so much whenever you step on any spot of it. Really expected something with a bit more structure on the underside. It’s like a rug which is meant to be set up and looked at but not walked on which extremely disappointing. Looks lovely pattern wise but that’s all I can say about it. Would not recommend. Website says they will not reimburse delivery for returns and it’ll cost up to about 70 quid so we are stuck with it now. So having to invest in some stort of sticky underside now to add some structure stability to the rug itself so it acts less like a towel on the floor and more like a rug which is meant to be walked on.
