It took several months but I got my order. Covid delayed things, but they were prompt in responding to my emails. My order arrived today.

My shipment took many months. This is due to Covid. I was a bit worried but had seen many good reviews and also been told by a friend not to worry as they are a good company. Finally, they were able to dispatch the package. It left S. Africa and I tracked it all the way to my country where it had only a short time in customs then arrived two days later in discreet packaging. Meanwhile they had kept in good communication re my order. Ibogaworld does deliver a good product even in these difficult times.

Amazing! Shipping takes time right now because of the Pandemic. I understood this and was patient and it was well worth the wait. I'm so thankful for these people and what they're doing. It's changing the world one soul at a time.

I ordered and paid 3 or 4 months ago (200€). Until todayI did not receive anything. Emails are not answered. ( Sorry for bad language, I am german). They did not give me a tracking ID.

I've ordered from Ibogaworld a good amount of times. They are one of the only places online with legit product. I give that part 5 stars.
However their shipping is terrible!!!!

I have had them send it to incorrect addresses to where I'm frantically calling the mail service to notify them of the mistake just to get my package. The spelling will be off in some sort of a way, etc.
This is super inconvenient and stressful to have to do during a drug withdrawal!! ... Not even knowing if you're gonna get your life-saving package or not. Even literally after requesting and basically begging ibogaworld not to mess up your address this time around...
One time the package didn't even come when I shipped it by regular mail and they at least sent a new package at no cost which I will give them props for. The new package had no problems getting to me and was pretty fast as they shipped it better shipping at no cost after I complained enough.
I have requested courier shipping as well after this problem and have still had it take 3-4 weeks or so to get to me (if it even comes to the right address)!! Straight up.
Even after paying the extra charge$$ for better shipping, while their estimated delivery was like 9 working days max.
Email's as well a delay to get back to you on some days.
Extremely unhappy with how difficult it has been just to get the package to me at times!!!
The stress of waiting and expecting, than address errors along the way all while you are just trying to get help has left me very distressed lots of times. I hate it.
They need to improve shipping and shipping accuracy. Shipping I give 1 out of 5 stars. Product 4.5 out of 5.

Like I said. They are like the only site that sells ibogaine online. So unless you can afford thousands at an actual facility you are pretty much stuck putting up with this ****.
PLEASE FIX YOUR SHIPPING GUYS!!!

NEW UPDATE:
The package FINALLY came today!! And suprisingly and impressively to the right address this time around too so that's great lol.
But I guess due to covid it took my package about 4 months to get to me (even when they shipped it courier by EMS).
They do need to put a warning of this long wait on their site I think so others are not frustrated about the 9 day gaurantee and left waiting like I was.

Happy as hell I finally got the product but it was a lot of stress along the way.

I ordered from ibogaworld for the second time and I found the experience very pleasant. Communication was effortless. And delivery was very fast especially during the Coronavirus lockdown. Michelle and Minka I can't thank you enough you are both truely selfless human beings working hard to benefit society. Thank you.

Placed an order on March 12th, dispatched on March 18th they send me tracking nr and no more news from I world. The destination on the tracking site shows a different country than it should be and I World Dispatch does not bother to clear the situation, despite all the emails. So, as far as I'm concerned, I guess I got lucky the first time I placed an order and it arrived - really late (they should at least be more truthful about delivery time) because now, in the usual tardiness, the office does not care to answer and I wonder, in case there is a mistake in the shipment detail, if I will ever see my money or my order. I GUESS I WORLD STOPS CARING ONCE THE MONEY IS ON THEIR SIDE

My order came 2 months late but Ibogaworld compromised the late delivery with extra iboga capsules. The product is amazing and Michelle's service is simply outstanding! Thank you Ibogaworld!!!

I made my order 22.11.19 and it arrived on 27.01.20 So it took + two months to arrive but it came and thats the most important to me. Well of course the ibogaine itself is the most important but the ordered 3g seemed to come as agreed. Haven't tried it out yet but the powder were nicely packed up with three individual foil packages, 1g each.

Got one gram from a friend earlier and based on that experience I made this purchase.

Martijn replied to all my @ fast and professionally.

The one star off the five was due the looon waiting :)

Ordered to Poland. 7 weeks and nothing came. Vendor doesn't reply to my emails for 10 days. Promised free upgrade to "fast shipping by courier". Possible scam.

From my personal experience I can say IBOGAWORLD is legit. It takes time for the order to come, but it arrives. Michelle is awesome, caring, respectful and has excellent advice to give you. She replies to your emails rather quickly and so to sum it up. As someone who has no reason to lie and has ordered from these guys before I can safely say that if you a little hesitant in placing an order. DON'T BE. The quality of the product is spot on and the parcel will arrive. I feel it is unfair to put IBOGAWORLD down because the order does not arrive when you want it to. This is something that is not in the control of the company. They provide an excellent service and have helped people all over the world to overcome their personal issues, whatever they may be.

In a nutshell IBOGAWORLD IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME.

Firstly, I found customer service to be wonderful and very caring.

I ordered from this company mainly because they were European, however once my order was placed I discovered they dispatch from Africa.

I ordered 12th December, 2019 and due to it being the holiday season, paid for courier delivery as I knew USPS would be backlogged with holiday mail.

I emailed to request a tracking number by December 18th, 2019. Courier delivery rarely takes more than a week, and I was desperate for my order. Tracking provided showed that my order was sent on December 13th from South Africa, via the south african postal service; South Africa's equivalent of the USPS.

The tracking shows my order being received on Dec 13th, then it shows that it has left Africa, Dec 18th and is enroute to my country. No further information. But the postal service website advises that international post can take up to 14 weeks for delivery. And as of yesterday, my email received a generic I'm out of the office until January 20th response.

Now, I'm not saying these guys are scammers. Honestly their customer service seemed great until yesterday, and an out of the office response does not seem dodgy over the new year break. But I am unhappy that my order was not sent via FedEx or express courier that I paid for. I also feel it was deceptive of them to make out company is based in Europe, but then ship from Africa.

Courier shipping cost around $60- more than regular post. I'm not even after a refund, as that won't change the delivery time.

If I were in a position to do so, I'd place a second order but I can't afford it.

I'm just hoping my order arrives soon, as I really need it for my health.

My order arrived Monday 20/01/20. After writing my original review customer service did get in contact. I was assured that my order should arrive any day now.

My main issue, is that I was expecting courier shipping, so it was a misunderstanding on my part that when I placed my order and paid for the express shipping service, I assumed that I was paying for a courier not post office mail service. Even over the Christmas/new year period the fact that express international postage took 5 weeks is just crazy. But the company were pretty awesome in staying in touch with me the whole way through.

If I order thru this company again, which I likely will, I'll be allowing extra time for shipping.

I have ordered from this company about half a dozen times. I always got what I ordered and it was always of very high quality.

Now again, I'm helping someone who is battling alcoholism and is open enough to receive this medicine, so I ordered 2 grams of HCL.

It has been over 1 month since I ordered and this is the longest Ive ever had to wait.

I have contacted them about this and they always got back to me. I don't know what people are talking about when they say they won't answer. They've ALWAYS answered me, and I get the feeling they actually give a f--k and believe in what they are doing.

Anyways, they recently told me that they have spoken with their courier and it did not get sent until about 1 week ago despite the tracking system saying it was dispatched over a month ago.

That's where Im at now, as of June 20th 2019.

I give them 5 stars because of the past purchases I always received and their customer support. I don't care if it takes a long time or too long sometimes. This is a rare and incredibly important service and metaphorically speaking these people are navigating some pretty shark infested waters with this business of their's.

To me, the nature of their work makes it OK to be late.

I will update later as this goes along.

UPDATE: JULY 8th 2019

Package arrived safely this morning.

Iboga world references Iboga Thai as an ibogaine treatment provider on their website. In fact Iboga Thai is one overweight middle aged Australian who has the gall to represent himself as the proverbial “ we” aka a clinic, as involving structured plans, registered nurses, himself as a trained addiction Counselor and ex addict. My time with this man was spent trawling the backstreets of Bangkok forcheap accommodation, waiting for him and his Thai girlfriend to awaken so we could look for scales, which apparently he forgot and on the 3rd day being told by email they he had overdosed on the short acting opiate he had purchased for my switchover, namely “heroin” and being told to go back to my home country and await a refund of my fee. He had $4500 of mine, and all my hopes, and he stole the lot. No refund. No accountability and no professionalism. So why does Iboga world direct their clients to this charlatan. Is it because he purchases so much ibogaine off them? which is for his own use, or is it because they believe he does actually help people. Clearly their credibility suffers by their giving free advertising to an opportunist who, no matter how many more times he ingests ibogaine , will never cure the sickness in his soul. Take him off your website Michelle. He doesn’t deserve you.

Excellent serivce and good quality product. I do recommend this company.

Update: Recieved Order 2 Months Later at 05.06.2019. Support didn't answer. Too late delivery. No good Support. 3 Stars.

My order was dispatched on 12th of April and is stucking at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) since 16th April. Support doesn't respond anymore after payment was made. Money is gone... Can't recommend that vendor.

It took some weeks but I received my goods each time. Good quality too!
