Absolutely first class customer…

Absolutely first class customer service. We ordered some pram parts to take to family in Portugal. The parcel was lost by the carrier. Nicola from customer services was friendly and helpful, she despatched more parts and then after we realised they might arrive later than our departure, she even went back and changed the delivery address. Happily the new baby will have a fully functioning/equipped pram. Thank you.

Really helpful service lady and part…

Really helpful service lady and part ordered arrived quickly. Only reduced a star as many items on the site don't have a picture, resulting in wrong item being ordered/sent originally.

Terrible customer service but promptly resolved upon reviewing on TP

[17/12 updating my review since it’s now resolved]

It was after putting my comment on TrustPilot that the issue had been picked up promptly. A lady (name possibly Donna) contacted my mum (who bought this as a present for my first baby so all proof of purchase was in her name) and a box delivery and collection of my pram was arranged quickly after. My pram was then fixed and delivered back to me in about a week.

I can’t justify giving 5* and I believe iCandy can understand why, as this should never have escalated to the point that it had. They like to market themselves as a premium brand therefor the customer care should reflect it. Apart from the lady who contacted my mum after my review on here who was very apologetic, I felt I was treated poorly and the customer care team really didn’t care when I explained I was “stranded” without my pram and SMP is not enough to facilitate buying a temporary replacement.

Hopefully I have no reason to contact them again and the pram lasts. Thank you for organising a fix quickly…

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service from iCandy.
My iCandy Peach 7 broke after less than 5 months of use, and the whole repair process has been a nightmare.

I first called to report it and was told to email the details — I did, and that email was completely ignored after I responded.

I then called again to chase it and was told a box would be delivered so the pram could be collected. They asked for my details, which I sent a week ago, and yet I’ve still received no response and no action.

I called again yesterday (2/12) and was told I’d get a reply today… and unsurprisingly, still nothing. My comments on social media pleading for assistance have been deleted.

For a brand that markets itself as premium, this level of customer care is unacceptable. I genuinely regret buying my iCandy. My pram is unusable, and this has massively limited my ability to get out with my baby.

Really hoping someone finally takes responsibility and sorts this out.

Recently bought Icandy pip after…

Recently bought Icandy pip after changing from an Egg wish I didn’t know looks a cheaper finish compared to the egg not as shiny and hood not as fitted. My toddler doesn’t sit up a fully 90 degrees so is always falling to one side. So disappointed as this isn’t cheap. Such a waste!

Absolutely disgraceful customer…

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. You threatened to escalate the situation despite the fact that you failed twice to collect my broken chassis for repair before requesting the return of the loan one. It feels as though you deliberately waited until my warranty had expired before contacting me again, after months of delays. Now you expect me to transport a heavy chassis to a drop-off point simply because your courier partners were unable to carry out the collection as they should have.

Reply to the costumer service’s comment below:
I’d like to clarify that I was home on both of the original collection dates you arranged, but the couriers did not arrive. I did not miss or cancel either collection. My chassis was not repaired during the warranty period because the collections failed on your side, not due to any lack of cooperation from me.
From the beginning, my intention has simply been to have my own chassis repaired and I would still like this to happen before I return the loan chassis. This has always been the purpose of my request.
I also need to make it clear that it is not my responsibility to transport a large, heavy box to a drop off point without access to a car, nor is it reasonable to expect me to travel to Lakeside. A reliable home collection is required, especially given that the previous collection attempts arranged by you failed.
Why am I being punished or attacked for your failures. You’re making it sound like I’m lying here and I’m feeling very attacked and bullied.

I can also see from the review below that I am not the only one feeling like this about your costumer service.

I cannot believe how low you would actually go!

I have now investigated the matter further to understand what has happened.

We can confirm you do have just under 2 years warranty left.

It appears that there were two failed collection attempts for your pushchair. On both occasions, DPD reported, that when there driver arrived at the address given, there was nothing available for collection.

A loan pushchair was sent to you in mid-July, which you still currently have. Our department head has contacted you several times in an effort to resolve this issue, and we have made multiple attempts to arrange the collection of your pushchair for repair, but unfortunately without success.

As you have now had the loan pushchair for four months, we must request that it is returned to us.

At this stage, we advise you to contact the store where you originally made your purchase, as all attempts to collect the pushchair for repair have been unsuccessful.

Customer services were so helpful when…

Customer services were so helpful when I needed to purchase some spare parts for an older product. All my favourite baby items have been iCandy and have lasted 3 babies.

Great customer service

I ordered a mattress that wasn’t compatible with my pram, I Candy spotted this and suggested the correct mattress and refunded the difference. The stuff arrived within expected timelines very happy

The best decision we made!

Choosing the iCandy peach pram and travel system for our baby boy, was the best decision we made! I couldn’t imagine our parenting journey without it! We have made so many memories taking him places in his pram, and being able to simply and quickly attach the car seat to the pram base has made day to day life so much easier. iCandy’s customer service is absolutely outstanding and I don’t think we could ever use a different brand now. Once you’re part of the iCandy family, you want to be a part of it forever! Quality and aesthetic is top priority for iCandy and that’s why we love them!

I just had my stroller delivered and I…

I just had my stroller delivered and I could not be happier with it. I did have a few issues setting it up but I did it and could not fault it I can’t wait to start using it! 5/5. Delivery was quick it was dispatched yesterday and delivered today.

A must read before you buy

Icandy claim to be a family firm but trust me they could not care less about their customers after a sale is complete. We had fault issues with a very expensive buggy and they refused to accept any liability. To cut a long story short as it went on for months they proved time and time again they simply do not care. We even wrote to ALL 3 directors and never even received a single acknowledgement. Customer service management were patronising, dismissive and extremely judgmental even down to a personal level. Just be aware if anything goes wrong with your product you will absolutely regret your purchase if you have to deal with customer service and above.
