Very confusing experience.

I signed up, but the product seemed to be mostly about scheduling calls, not finding leads. After I cancelled the free trial, someone from iClosed called me and asked basically the same questions I had already answered during onboarding.

I specifically asked if the software actually finds leads, and they said yes. When I asked how, they couldn't explain it and instead tried to book me another call with an advisor.

Then they asked for my last name because they couldn't even find me in their system.

Overall it felt disorganized and misleading. If the product is mainly a scheduling and sales conversion tool, just say that clearly.

On top of that there is no way to delete your account.

Between the team and the product, I've had a stellar end-to-end experience with iClosed. Our conversion rates meaningfully improved due to progressive form filling, intelligent closer routing, analytics, the website Lift popup, and general polish given their focus on empowering conversion. The team is supportive and super helpful in resolving issues and helping configure the most optimal setup.

The team is super responsive and ready to lend a helping hand. The scheduler itself is great. A lot of useful features like routing to a specific closer based on form answers, and the free-slot visualizer. All around great software and team.

It's an ok scheduler. I tested it against Calendly but there was truly not an increase in booked appointments. There customer service is great but all in all not much if any from traffic/conversions perspective. Spent 5k testing the calendar and it was the exact same $153 per booked meeting. We ran a deep A/B split test on the calendar.

I’ve been using Iclosed for two years and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the system.
I’ve increased the number of calls I make thanks to the feature that saves the contact information of prospects who don’t complete the appointment booking process.
I’m particularly fond of the integration with Hyros, which helps improve the quality of my leads using data collected from Iclosed.
Managing sales teams is much easier. I say this because I used to use Calendly. Calendly is much less comprehensive than Iclosed.
In business, what matters is data. Iclosed is very comprehensive when it comes to customer data, but also regarding our sales teams’ data.
I’ve improved my business’s closing rate thanks to this data.

A quick note on support: they’re very responsive. The onboarding is excellent. A big thank you for all of this, even though I still have a lot of features left to discover in Iclosed.
