The cow hide is great quality and arrived in a cardboard box within a few days. It looks amazing on my wooden floor and does not slip around. Love it!

I bought a large floor sheep skin, oyster shade. The colour has yellow- beije notes which I don't like nor it matches my floor. I have requested an exchange but did not receive a reply yet. Currently waiting and hoping it will be resolved.

This is my second purchase from iCowHide. Had no issues with ordering, delivery or the rug itself. The same goes for my previous purchase a few weeks ago. Happy with my rugs and would buy from them again.

I have always wanted a cowhide rug. I took advantage of the sale prices and purchased a rug at the lower end of the budget. I am very pleased with the rug I received. It arrived very quickly and well packaged even though I opted for it to arrive in a plastic bag and not a box. I will definately buy from this company again.

Cow hide rug I purchased for my daughter is beautiful and great value . My parents once had a rug like this and this one is much softer and luxurious.

I ordered a handbag online, I felt it was basic for the price.
I asked to return it, the company offered a discounted amount for me to keep it, I must say I don't like when companies do this it makes me very suspicious.
I returned the item special delivery as requested. When I emailed to chase up my refund 2 weeks later they asked for a copy of the receipt, again another pet hate of mine, when companies clearly have received returned goods and continue to delay a refund. I emailed across a copy of the receipt, my mistake as I did email the incorrect receipt, only to receive an email from their customer service department stating...'that's not our address, its not even close'.
I have been notified by email my refund is on its way but may take a further 10 days!

iCowHide noticed that my original order had a yellow stain, perhaps due to coming through customs. They texted me straight away and gave me the option of a refund, or to choose a replacement. I did the latter - and they allowed me to choose a more expensive one at no extra cost! It came the next day and looks great. Good company. Thank you iCowHide.

Sadly the sheepskin I ordered was not as I expected looking at the picture online but the customer service was excellent in sorting out a return. I would try the company again.
