A great company
Although the rug i initially ordered was lovely and great quality I wasn’t sure of the colours and had to do a return and re order. Cowhide were fantastic and refunded the initial order promptly.

Don’t give them your email address
I was considering buying a cow hide rug and so signed up to the newsletter, but it was the worst thing to do. I have been absolutely spammed every single day with at least 3 marketing emails trying to convince me to buy something. On what planet is ‘nagging’ a solid marketing technique. I have decided to buy a cow skin rug but absolutely not from these guys. Infuriating.

Originally to my disappointment my parcel was stolen as it was left unsecured by the delivery company, however customer service dealt with this very well .

The hat was perfect - well made, fits well and has stood up to the recent rain.
The bag was almost perfect, lovely soft suede in a beautiful colour. However the zip was rather daft and I had to cut it out. A large popper might have been better.

Unfair Returns Policy
I ordered a cow skin rug which in the photos didn’t show how badly marked it was. When I returned it, because it was the 2nd rug I’d returned within a certain timeframe, they charged me £20 for returning!

Great service and delivery
Great service and delivery. Hat is nice however, I’ve only given 3 stars because it wasn’t the hat that I ordered. I wanted the one with the metal disk at the front and recieved the plaited one.
