One of my best experiences with online shopping. I ordered cowhide cushion covers which were very good quality and beautifully made but didn’t look right in my space. I needed to return and get a refund. All emails from the company were warm, friendly and obliging. A pleasure to deal with even when having to return product and I would definitely want to support this business in the future!

excellent quality and size for the price , actually can’t wait to purchase my second piece as i’m changing my colour scheme ,customer service amazing too.

The rugs/ skins identical to picture

I ordered 2 cushions, as advertised and in the pictures, but received cushions covers. Need to change your wording and pictures.

The Choice of as good , ordering easy. Delivery quick and the rug was exactly as per picture.

I bought the large black bag. It holds plenty and has a zipped middle section and smaller zip side pocket for keys etc. The longer strap is great when I'm on my bike.

Good morning, I purchased your black Nevina Shearling & Leather Bum Bag by Clemés for £79 two weeks ago on 15 October, but I was at Spirit of Christmas yesterday and purchased the exact same bags (from a small business like yours) as Xmas pressies for family and friends at less than half the price you price them at (I paid £32 for each bag). I am disappointed that you feel it is okay to charge more than double that price on your website iCowhide. I can attach a photo of the identical sheerling bag with the black&white striped lining if you don’t believe me. Grateful to know why as I feel you ripped me off. Thank you. Louise

Ok so honest review time! I received my first order from icowhide it was shipped in a prompt manner with a reputable shipping company so absolutely no issues at all. Upon opening my package of a cow hide rug I did have some issues about what can be considered minor damage or repairs “they do mention this on the site” I saw a repair when laying it out. It’s debatable what is minor to the beholder I guess and I am a particularly fussy person and have a good eye for detail as it’s my job. So I contacted customer service and they did reply in a timely fashion with various options and offers such as a discount and also some store credit or to send it back for another one or a full refund Or an item worth a reasonable amount. After spending a couple days with my hide I soon realised that I love it and don’t really want to get a different one the quality is very good and if I’m honest you won’t find something like this for the same money so all in all it’s very good value for money.
If I could made some suggestions to the company it would be to be a little more transparent about what’s considered a minor thing so the customer can pick what they want exactly and also to use a real image of the product not an ai enhance version of the product as the shape was not as expected but it’s really no issue if you understand what goes into making a useable hide like this. You won’t find one for a better price they sit well on the floor are clean and the suede backing is well done so malleable and smell free. They get 5 stars simply because I know I’m fussy and the customer follow up was a positive experience. If your thinking about getting one remember these were real animals and imperfections are normal unless you buy a top dollar hide that was bread for the purpose of being a hide and I believe these cows had real life’s in a natural environment used for food as well as becoming beautiful additions to our homes. Ps check out the sheep skin rugs they are the most soft and fluffy thing my toes disappeared in 😂

Third bag bought form iCowhide. Fantastic quality bag at very reasonable price. Had bought two and decided to return one. Customer service was great. Very responsive. Great company, with quality products and great service.

Terrible decision to use them. After asking to postpone the order it was delivered and left outside in the pouring rain. The sheepskin rug is a completely different colour than advertised and poor quality. After this they do not assist with returns.

Ordered a sheepskin Rug….has arrived and I’m very disappointed with the quality . The skin has a join in and it is very badly joined that the line is so very obvious. I have emailed them for a refund, reading some reviews on here I am really hoping I don’t get the poor experience some others have had . Fingers crossed . Item sent back let’s see how long g it will take to get the refund .Refund received now so happy that they are true to their word and refund unhappy customers. Thank you

I am a great believer in Mama Nature and the minute I discovered iCowHide and started browsing the products I knew, sooner or later I will buy something(s)… and I did.
I am pleased with everything I bought so far. These products are not cheap but anyone who knows a bit about leather processing will know that it worth it.
The orders are sent out in time, packed and delivered as they should be.

The cow rugs are beautiful. I ordered one which was too pale for my room.Returned and bought another which is perfect. The process was very easy. I chose a cow skin rug as we have two boxer dogs and they are very easy to keep clean and they look beautiful for a very long time. The one we now have is a lovely coffee and cream colour. Very unique.

I have to be honest, after seeing the mixed reviews online I was skeptical about buying from this company but my experience has been absolutely brilliant. I was kept informed from the minute I pressed buy. I would 100% recommend. My rug is beautiful and exactly what I selected online. Thank you for the great service. I scored 4/5 because of the delivery delay but I was fully informed about it so I was Ok. Thanks. With that as an alternative.
