Fraud or gross mismanagement - you be the judge?
On July 1, 2025, I paid $1,600 as a deposit for a Princess Cruise with ICruise. On July 10, 2025 I paid $8684 with my AMEX card and received confirmation that the trip was completely paid for. However, on July 23, 2025, ICruise charged my AMEX card an additional $1,433.93. The next day ICruise sent an email demanding an additional $7,250 or they would cancel the cruise and keep my deposit. Over the course of the next few days, I spoke with (8) customer representatives who stated that they never received the $8,684. They maintained this position even though I sent a screen shot of my AMEX statement showing the charge. Each representative refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. It was only after I threatened legal action and bad reviews did they miraculously find the $8,684. The net result is that my AMEX card was overdrawn and I have to wait (14) days for ICruise to reimburse me. Most reflective of their corporate structure, not once did anyone acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology.
Caveat Emptor!

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the iCruises team, especially Amy and Josh, for turning what started as a stressful situation into a truly wonderful experience.
Initially, I was scammed by a company impersonating iCruises, and I was heartbroken and unsure of what to do. But from the moment I connected with the real iCruises team, Amy and Josh went above and beyond to help me and my family. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
Amy was incredibly attentive and truly made us feel cared for every step of the way. It was clear that this company doesn’t just provide a service, they genuinely care about people and go the extra mile to create an unforgettable experience.
Thanks to their help, what could have been a disaster turned into a beautiful memory. I feel like I’ve gained more than just a great vacation, I’ve found a company that feels like family. I’m truly grateful.

This company has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with!! We had rooms booked for a cruise - when we upgraded our room, we found out 30 days before take off the company never actually booked the room. Then we were charged for the old room, and new room which was never booked. We are STILL waiting for our refunds. It’s hard to get anyone on the line and get answers. Will probably have to report fraud on credit card at this point.

Icruise is very prompt in answering questions, until you pay, then it's a late response or no response. Carnival cruise lines could care less about shore excursions not booked through the cruise line, and as a result we missed out on half of the activities we paid for due to being unable to leave the ship ... only those booked on a Carnival excursion were allowed to leave.

BAD company. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. I was rebooked on a cruise with a promise of a better rate. I was not able to get in touch with anyone from the website and found out there were two bookings for me and I was cheated. The booking reservation did not appear until today 7/6/25 , 6 months later , my old reservation was not updated, the travel agent would not answer his phone. I was too late to get back a refund on the downpayment and the cruise line gave me the correct number which I used to cancel.

Since I am in Europe, I was unable to call the 866 number and wished to do everything via chat or email. I wanted to know how to use my cruise credits on a cruise I wanted to book leaving in 1 month. I was told that someone would phone me in 48 to 72 hours. The cruise was filling up fast, so I went ahead and booked anyway. It has been about 48 hours and still no phone call. The people on the chat line were pleasant but were unable to help me with this simple problem.

I had been trying with multiple other sights to get my cruise booked and each time something came up and they needed to "contact me by phone" and then proceeded to tell me the deal was not available but for more money they could get me something else. Frustrated I found icruise.com and it was seamless and went through without having to "chat" with anyone for the same price that I was trying to get with another sight. Thanks so much for the awesome no hassle planning.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service we have received in planning our upcoming cruise for October 2025. The entire experience has been riddled with miscommunication, lack of follow-up, and overall poor customer service.
When we initially inquired about airfare through the cruise line, we were incorrectly informed that my cousin (traveling from a different state) would require an additional payment — this turned out to be false. Furthermore, we received no notification or check-in regarding our final payment, which resulted in a late payment due to incorrect information the agent had on file for my credit card.
Additionally, we were shocked to learn — only when we proactively followed up — that our pre-cruise hotel reservation with Oceania was considered past due. Again, no communication or billing notification was provided by our agent regarding this payment. We had assumed that all add-ons (airfare, hotel, etc.) were included with our final payment, which should have been clarified.
When I called customer service to try to resolve the issue, the call was chaotic — there was so much background noise it felt like a party was going on. I had to request that they mute the phone so I could hear myself speak. While they eventually complied, I received no resolution because the hotel booking is apparently managed by a separate department.
Frankly, if there weren’t financial penalties involved, we would have canceled this cruise entirely and rebooked with a different provider. We feel trapped in this process, especially considering the likelihood that your agent, Juny, has already received commission from the cruise line.
We are waiting to hear from him today to finalize any outstanding payments that Oceania says we owe — and after that, we will never use your services again. Nor will we ever recommend your company to others.
