I have emailed 3 times no response. I have tried chat bot again can't find order. They have taken the money out of my account, sending loads of sales emails and review product emails for products that I haven't received.

NO STOCK NO UPDATES
Disappointed with the service bought as the add suggested they had stock available. Purchased as a gift nearly 10 days ago and still not received. Customer service email as soon as paid stating no stock. Updates will be provided - no updates. After emailing customer service a reply saying they will look into it yet still.no update. Very disappointing. Make people aware before purchase of low stock levels. Left with no gift for a birthday. Not good! Updates please???
