NO STOCK NO UPDATES
Disappointed with the service bought as the add suggested they had stock available. Purchased as a gift nearly 10 days ago and still not received. Customer service email as soon as paid stating no stock. Updates will be provided - no updates. After emailing customer service a reply saying they will look into it yet still.no update. Very disappointing. Make people aware before purchase of low stock levels. Left with no gift for a birthday. Not good! Updates please???

Again with ordering from you I was pretty sure i dod 'not' subscribe to further orders. Yet, a debit from my bank today says otherwise! I then tried to 'cancel subscription' x 7 times!! NOTHING happened... I tried changing the date - success 1st time! how odd.. I then tried to change the product - success 1st time!! So I tried to cancel again.. guess what? nothing happened..! The product is 5* - no question, the online experience is poor at 1*-2* so i gave a % score..

Slow delivery
Told delivery would be in 2/3 working days today is 5 working days since ordering it, and it hasnt even been packed, never mind dispatched. I had one notification to say there was a little delay, had to contact them myself to get an update and that update is basically saying they will try to get me my order. I did however get a partial refund for the inconvenience and further apologies on the delay. Which is a huge improvement on the customer service.
