Rip off merchants ….ordered magnetic phone holder for car £9.99 …then plus postage …total came to nearly £15 …found same thing on Shein for £2.75

Do not order from this company, they take your money and don't send your item out!!
They do not respond to any emails either
Avoid at all cost

From when I ordered the mascara on the 2nd of June until today 12th of June when they were delivered by Evri kept informed of all movements could track at any time was given a time slot of between 11-12 and delivered at 1120 and the product seems great I was very worried as they have some negative reviews but it’s a very positive experience for me and would definitely order again

The product of pet hair removers for washing machine do not work at all,I might as well of flushed my money down toilet & they took ages to arrive too.Not a happy customer

I ordered the luggage packing cubes which were on offer, the item I received was nothing like the item advertised. I have emailed them
On numerous occasions for a refund as the product is not fit for purpose. I will never order from them ever again

I ordered the pet fur collector for laundry loads (x2). On arrival it looked as per the product advertised, but when included in a wash cycle, it proves to not work at all. Not a single hair stuck to either of the items. A waste of money and misleading advertising.

the delivery took weeks and the jacket that I ordered was awful - looked nothing like the photo.

And they do not respond to e-mails!

The other products were fine but I would not buy from them again!

On 24th April I ordered the Multifunctional Knit Breathable Concealed Waist Bag for a friend of mine who is unwell. The money was taken immediately out of my account and the day after I received a message to say it was on its way. I have repeatedly typed the tracking number on Evri and the message comes as 'we're expecting it' (we use the delivery service often and they are totally efficient and reliable). I have tried contacting idearock on numerous occasions via email and also through their website and so far I have not received a reply and suffice to say that my product has not arrived either.

Rubbish items. Bought the plant drip feeder. Not great as it does not fit most bottles and when it does fit, it doesn't do what it is supposed to do....drip slowly. It usually stops dripping all together and then suddenly empties the bottle content in one go. Idea is great but product does not work.

I would not give even one star if I could rubbish company still not received what I ordered customer service non existent emailed three times no reply tried to track item cannot don’t bother with this company I think it’s a scam

I ordered two items (at separate times) from Idearock and when the first hadn’t arrived for a while (about 3 weeks) checked out Trustpilot and was automatically worried by the one star reviews and assumed I’d been scammed.

However, about a day later I got an Evri notification the product was with them and it duly arrived and was good. The second item arrived about a week or so later and was also very good.

So it may take some time, and I’m sure some customers have poor experiences, but all I can say is don’t panic if the item doesn’t arrive as they’re obviously coming from China and take a while.

Absolutely waste of money! The marketing is completely different to what arrived!

No tshirt, no refund, incompetent delivery service, down £20 please don't waist your time and money

Although it took 10 days for delivery,which I wasn't waiting on anyway.I was really pleased with the kids giraffes I bought for the children,they loved them.

Ordered the phone magnet as advertised on Instagram for gym workout videos filming and it arrived with one side as a sticky tape!
I could have bought this on Ali express for £3 ! I emailed them 2x for a refund again today and waiting for a reply. Not happy at all!

After reading reviews & a wait of two weeks I thought a scam. However, my beautiful amethyst bracelet arrived today. It's gorgeous, love it. Also included was spare thread if I needed to enlarge. Very happy Idearock, thank you!! 😊

Ordered a SUN HAT having read reviews about delivery taking too long. Today Wednesday 3rd May, checked the HERMES tracking NO such thing. HERMES does not exist it's EVRI. I emailed Idearock, still waiting on a reply 'where is my hat' needed while the sun is out. Emailed them yet again. Next move to open a resolution thru PayPal to investigate /refund following all the reviews. This generally works too. Sick of these SCAM operations into buying.

Ordered a GLASS suncatcher.... Ref number I was given for delivery wouldn't work on the tracking site... It arrived today and it is nothing like as advertised... Made of thin plastic with literally a picture of the suncatcher printed on it!! Shocking and a total scam! I am applying for a refund as it is atrocious! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I did the classic of placing an order THEN reading the reviews. The reviews weren't good - I thought my money was gone. As the reviews were so poor, I cancelled my order. I emailed the customer service email provided on my order confirmation, within minutes of my order and lo and behold, they came back to me within 24 hrs saying they had cancelled and would refund within 2 business days. Still I thought the refund wouldn't come...but it did, just as they said, plus they were polite too!

I can only base my opinion on my experience, and it was great.

I would probably order again but will keep an eye on reviews in the meantime.

What a load of crap this site is been waiting 4 weeks for something to come what a load of crap avoid at all cost
