2 months after ordering the catch on the bracelet broke . Ordered another one and a few months later the same thing has happened. Got the hearts engraved with kids names , so devastated that this was so personal and is lost...again. Quality is a disaster!

I have had my necklace for a little over a year and I wear almost every day. It has not tarnished or turn any funky colors. I did hit a little snag with it and the support team was so quick and responsive to provide a solution. They really do stick to their two-year warranty. I recommend them to everyone and can’t wait to make another purchase.

I bought a personalised bracelet for my partner for Christmas. It arrived damaged. I asked for a refund so I can purchase another bracelet as the bracelet that arrived was made in China and cheap and poor quality. They instead said they would send another despite me asking for a refund. The other bracelet never arrived and they are not responding to my emails. Terrible customer service. The company are saying they have reached out to me, but I just want a refund and I am within my rights!

Also, when I try and respond to their emails, I get an automated response saying the email cannot be sent as the mailbox is full. The whole experience has been a shambles and left my partner without a Christmas present. I'm not sure why I'm still without a refund after receiving a terrible, cheap and BROKEN item. Just send my refund ASAP.

Ordered 2 bracelets arrived in time and great quality and great prices will definitely be buying again x

I received a bracelet as a Christmas present and emailed the team with a query on Christmas Day. To my surprise they responded very quickly, answered my problem. I was expecting a response a day or two later with it being the holidays. So thank you so much!

So far its taken nearly three weeks and the order isn't even here yet. It said when I ordered it will be here before xmas. This isn't looking very likely. I wouldn't order again knowing it would take this long.

They have come through and really high-quality, obviously they haven’t been worn yet because they are a Christmas present but I will do a further update when they have been worn a bit xxx

Ordered a bracelet for my husband as a gift. Unfortunately they sent the wrong size. Emailed them and they sent me more links to put in. Fits perfectly now and looks so nice. Very good customer service and will be ordering from them again.

Order 2 of the mens bracelets one for my son and one for my grandson. Both came in time for Christmas...but the boxes they arrived in were more for women/girls and on my son's I had his children and wife's name etched on. one of the names has been put on the wrong side! As it took 2 weeks for them to arrive I didn't have time to send them back! But after writing this review I have been completely impressed with their professionalism and with their correspondence! Hence why I've edited it and given them an extra star. Updated 13/1/2026

Very dissapointed with the quality of my bracelet, when I arrived I questioned quite how secure the fastening was as I wasnt convinced it wouldn't come open, low and behold on day 2 of wearing my bracelet it came undone and I lost 3 of the 5 of my charms. I contacted Luminessa to explain my dissapointment and query if id received a fault bracelet or of it was a bit of a design flaw to be told they'd look into it and get back to me. Im still waiting to hear from them.

I am impressed by the quality of the bracelet I bought. I did have a query about how I opened this so contacted Luminessa for help. I received an almost immediate reply and a short video on how to do this. Their customer service was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with Luminessa. The bracelet I ordered arrived promptly from overseas. It takes a little longer but they provide the tracking details. The bracelet was exactly as described. Very stylish and sturdy. The customer service is outstanding. Just send them an email and they will reply to you. Remember their hours of operation are overseas hours, so your email will be replied overnight. Overall, I highly recommend the company.
