The item looks great! I had a question, thinking it was a defect in the manufacturing (the names on the link bracelet were in different directions versus all being visible when worn). They quickly responded with a brief video showing how to easily adjust it. I was concerned the bracelet was going to be too small. They responded quickly again with an option to purchase more links. I ultimately didn't need them.

All this to say, they were so responsive and helpful, I'd definitely feel comfortable shopping with Luminessa agian!

Not UK-based like advertised! It is shipped from China. The method stated "Standard Shipping (5–8 Days)," but it took 16 days to arrive. Additionally, the bracelet was not personalized correctly—one name is on the outside and the other is on the inside. It’s pointless to have the personalization if you can’t even see it. Now it’s arrived, and it’s of cheap quality.

Engraving on the initial bracelet was very faint, contacted customer services and they sent out a replacement which is much better, very efficient service and my husband is delighted with his new bracelet, the size and quality is great.

The bracelet is exactly how pictured! It fits so well on my husbands wrist. He loves that’s it’s engraved with my and our children’s names. Getting through to customer service for the small issue I had was quick and easy. Solving the issue was even easier! I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

I thought that there was a problem with how the links were printed but wasn't - the company even sent a useful video explaining. Excelent product.

Honestly, one of the friendliest customer service teams I’ve experienced. Dealt with them twice. When I first received the bracelet, I thought one of the names was backwards and emailed them. They were super kind in correcting me and sent me a video to show me how to turn it around. Then after I gave it to my husband, we saw that one of the links was chipped. I sent a pic to the customer service team who responded quickly and are sending a replacement. They are attentive, friendly and would definitely recommend purchasing from them

When i had a question, customer service replied to my email extremely quick and their reply was not auto generated, they were polite and professional. I'm very pleased with the jewelry and staff.

It is a nice jewelery, came on time in a good condition. Even tho I have made some changes in order detailes after ordering, all the changes were applied appropriately.

Love the jewelry! I bought a necklace which is super cute! and then a bracelet which i had issues with but they corrected it right away without hesitation, truly a wonderful company!!

I discovered Luminessa when it happened to pop up on my facebook feed. I admired how clean and nice the jewelry looked and with Father’s Day coming around at the time I had to take advantage of it. The price was really good. My husband loved it when he saw it, despite us having a hard time finding the clasp on it. Everything was well worth it and I can’t wait to see it on him.

When I asked for help by email, I received an email back from Luminessa bracelet the very next day. The video that they displayed showed me exactly what I needed to do. Superb corresponding. Would definitely recommend 👌.

The bracelet is beautiful as seen on the website. My husband loves it! Also we had issues locating the clamp and the support service handled things expeditiously resolving the problem within minutes. Great product, great service and happy customer.

The quality of the men’s bracelet is nice and heavy.
It arrived on a timely matter.
The letters are a little bit small but it is the size of the link. So it makes sense.

Terrible experience. Noticed this company on Instagram, saw a lovely bracelet I thought would be a nice touch for Father’s Day the (15th) placed order on 2nd so two weeks factored for arrival. Received a message from Royal Mail that they were unable to even attempt delivery and was an instant return to sender because the address put on label was undetectable even though they had my correct address and is on receipt of order. Reached out and showed them my tracking notification. Explained this was an intended gift for the occasion and if it doesn’t arrive on time I would prefer a refund. No accountability was/has been taken for their mistake, no solution offered, dismissal over refund, actually ignored when requesting a refund, They now ignore emails, I even notified that I would be detailing this experience in a review and they have had zero interest over potential negative feedback rather than resolve the issue. For the price I would urge you to look elsewhere. Not a reputable enough company. Poor service and defiantly has not been worth the hassle which is still on going. Very unprofessional. What I will add is communication is good but the second you request a refund expect to be ignored.
EDIT: it is now 3 weeks since purchase unfortunately had to escalate to my bank due to refusal of refund or should I say being ignored when requesting a refund. Any company that refuses to give you your money back when you have not received an item and the error being on their part needs to be a company you need to avoid!!
Response on here on the 19th of June is a true representation of this entire process just completely no acknowledgement to their mistake and Now trying to imply they did not have the correct address although I have evidence of the receipt with MY address!!! It’s Refusal of refund they just say they will resend which is sadly too late as I have waited 3 weeks there is no priority with this order and it is no longer required as I had to seek alternative gift. As they are already aware of! AVOID!!

I purchase two items from Luminessa: the birth flower bracelet and a men's link bracelet with custom engraving. Both pieces came beautifully packaged, are high quality, and overall as advertised. I also reached out to their customer service team because my items took a while to arrive and they quickly got back to me with an update on tracking. Not only did they arrive when they said they would, but their team also reached back out to confirm that I had received the pieces.

The bracelet is so nice. I love it. My dad is going to love it as well. We had a lot of names, but they were able to get them onto 2 bracelets as I requested. At first when I received them, I was highly upset as some of the names were backwards, reached out to support and they confirmed how to readjust the loops and its perfect. A little hard to get on with the type of clasp that is on them but I'm super happy and satisfied with my purchase. It got here by the date they confirmed.
