I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a Profitec Ride machine from Idrinkcoffee.com.

From day one, the machine had issues. I initially noticed water around the unit but assumed it was just overflow from the drip tray. After about three months, I realized the water was actually leaking from a small hole at the bottom of the machine—not the drip tray at all.

I contacted customer service and was told I could either send the unit in for repair or attempt to fix it myself. I chose to try fixing it, and after opening the machine, I found the leak was coming from a plastic screw cap. I removed it, applied Teflon tape, and was able to temporarily stop the leak. However, during this process, I also discovered rust already forming inside the machine—on a $4,000 unit that was only three months old.

I informed Idrinkcoffee.com of both the temporary fix and the rust issue. Despite this clearly being a defect from the start, they refused to replace the machine. Their position is that because I didn’t report the issue within their return window, they will only offer to repair the leak.

That is completely unacceptable. I purchased this machine brand new with the expectation that it would last 10–15 years. I am not comfortable owning a high-end machine that developed a leak and internal rust within months and has now been “patched” rather than properly replaced.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. This issue was present from the beginning, and instead of standing behind their product, they are hiding behind a return policy technicality.

Unfortunately, this isn’t my first disappointing experience with them, but it will be my last. I will not be doing business with Idrinkcoffee.com again. There are other companies out there that actually stand behind the products they sell and respect their customers.

I made my initial equipment purchase from Idrinkcoffee.com n 2020. I bought a Breville Oracle Touch. This was, by far, my best purchase and from the best company. I continue to this day buying my coffee from thid company. Their coffee is fair trade, paying the farmers what their product and time are worth. The beans are bought raw where the company roasts them freshly either at or slightly before their shipment date. This is tge best coffee, bar none. I've read other reviews, especially the negative one, with interest. This customer must have dealt with a new employee. I have yet to find a company that pays for custom and courier shipment fees from an international company. This never happens. Please don't hold this review against this number one coffee business. People should make themselves aware with international business rules before making an international purchase. Don't let this stop you. You will never be disappointed in their coffee products. Keep up the great work I drink coffee!

I've purchased an espresso machine and an automatic drip coffee maker from this retailer over the last ten years. I'm very pleased with their pricing and customer service department.

The team at iDrinkCoffee demonstrated a high level of customer service that was responsive and professional. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to provide assistance. Opeyemi clarified a number of questions I had about commercial coffee grinders which helped in making an informed decision. The attention to detail provided by Opeyemi was impressive. He made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. He is a wonderful ambassador for the company. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend iDrinkCoffee.

Excellent customer service. Quick to reply and very helpful with feedback. Their coffee beans are delicious, each one I've had was perfect roasted and made great espresso. They offer frequent sales with numerous freebies. The warranty is well worth the money, and pretty much paid for itself the time I availed of it on my machine.

I am highly satisfied with the coffee subscription service. The delivery arrives quickly, usually within 3 days of the order date (shipped from ON to QC). The coffee is always freshly roasted (1-2 weeks from delivery date). The price is super affordable compared to other single-origin coffees available in my area. I have been a client for a few months now, I am so glad I found this!!

My recent purchase of a high end, dual boiler espresso machine was made through iDrinkCoffee on their website.

I had tried two different local stores to purchase an espresso machine. One store was too expensive and would not price match iDrinkCoffee despite their claim to do so. The other local store sold me a damaged machine but did come through with a full refund.

After the bad experiences with the local stores I ordered online from iDrinkCoffee. I was nervous about having an expensive piece of high end equipment shipped through the Post, Fedex or UPS but was out of local options.

Wow, was I blown away with the pricing and service from iDrinkCoffee. My order was shipped the same day I submitted the order. It arrived two business days later double boxed and strapped to a pallet. Needless to say it was in great shape. I have had several questions since I made my purchase all of which have been promptly and cheerfully answered by their staff.

Not only did iDrinkCoffee give me a killer price but they also gave me reward points equivalent to $100 for my purchase.

The iDrinkCoffee website is one of the best for espresso hardware sales. It has excellent filters and loads of product information and reviews.

These guys prove that you can have it all.

US buyer beware of this Canadian coffee, machine website. Ordered a dual boiler espresso machine back in January, this is mid March 2023.

The dual boiler machine that was to have free shipping for anything over $50 Ca, purchase price much much much higher. Received a bill from Customs and UPS for over $341.92 shipping.

Was told by Idrinkcoffee.com through numerous phone calls and emails that they would deal with it and that it was not my responsibility to pay for it. They promised over and over that they would take care of it. They never did. Finally they said I should pay for it and they reimburse me. I told them I would not pay for the customs and shipping, as they could have easily pay it online as I could and that for weeks they said they would take care of it. They never did. I refused delivery and the dual boiler espresso machine was to be sent back to their warehouse.

Machine is still in UPS custody waiting to go back to their warehouse but bill still needs Customs and shipping to be paid for. Machine is still in Limbo as of mid March 2023.

In short don't trust any promises they may make. If you're a US customer, I would stay away from this untrustworthy company as it is in foreign country which makes it more difficult holding the company accountable.

Company is Full of lies. Oh, And yes I made a complaint with BBB which Idrinkcoffee is a member of, though their lack of response to BBB, it made not be for long. In short they have not abided by BBB rules.
I drinkcoffee.com never responded back to BBB which should are grounds to suspended them from displaying the BBB logo on their website.

Luckily AMEX has my back and is dealing with them while ensuring I will get my money back.

Save yourself the headache it's not worth your time and money to deal with this company.

Everything I have said can be backed up in emails that have been exchanged between myself and them.
