No compréis esta herramienta da muchos problemas, no funciona correctamente y en mi caso está averiada y no responden a la garantía.
Si quieres tirar dinero y romper unidades esta es tu opción

I purchased a FoxFlash from this company and had been in contact with their customer support for a while. When FedEx informed me that they needed an invoice, I immediately requested it from customer support. From that moment on, they completely stopped responding. They no longer open my messages, show no interest in helping, and now I cannot receive my ordered product because nobody replies. Extremely disappointing experience.

I purchase a new Foxflash - which I never got to use, due to unit being faulty. Over 2 weeks now, and now I'm told the unit has to be returned to China for repairs, at my cost. Yet their website and returns policy indicate faulty units etc will be covered at their cost? Rip off artists, and do not stick to their own policies. Stay away from these guys.

I had a problem with my fox it couldn’t open for a week I contacted the fox team but guess what these people thay have authority for the tools to live,immediately they sent me a message that it was back to life then I opened it again Fox was back to life Thanks so much for the good support

Comprei a ferramenta PCM Tuner com esta empresa porem nao está a funcionar, o suporte nunca responde. Estou frustrado com a compra. Não recomendo.

Have just purchased PCM Tuner from this company and it arrived very quickly. I had some trouble setting up as i wasnt sure how, but i was helped straight away through WhatsApp and then it was set up for me via Team viewer. Very helpful and very quick to respond to messages 👍👍
