The art and designs are so dope and they have a great selection of different clothing

such a scummy business. their "Customer service rep" is just a bot who tries to offer a discount for the order due to their high volume problem and did not acknowledge my request for a refund when the order was taking too long to be ready. You are expected to order your package with 3 months in advance instead of whenever they said it would be ready on the website

Disappointing would be an understatement. I ordered from here 48 days ahead of when I needed the product. They stated 10 days of production. 25 days after ordering it still hadn't shipped. I emailed them, no response. Emailed again on the 30th day, no response. On the 35 day I emailed them saying if this product doesn't arrive in the next 10 days they can cancel my order and simply refund since it took too long to fulfill, no response. They finally shipped my order on the 44th day and that was a week and a half ago and I still haven't received the product. No shipping info either. If I return the product they failed to deliver in time they charge a fee. Currently going through a dispute with my bank. iEDM, you're trash. Thanks for making me put in all this effort to correct your mistake.

We ordered 8 items. They took too long to ship, reached out to us offering a $50 credit to not cancel order. Our full order and credit never arrived. We are still missing things. Its been 2 months. I've reached out through email, phone and Facebook only to get no response. Terrible company to order from.

UPDATE: The company has reached out and has given me a refund. This issue has been resolved.

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered 6 items mid April, got 2 items late May. It’s now almost mid June and I haven’t received the rest. They are not responding to my emails and won’t let me return my items or help me with the process. What kind of business doesn’t respond to customer complaints or emails? Poorly ran.

Learn your lessons from me and all the other low ratings. This was awful from beginning to end. Ordered items May 7th for a concert June 25th. Kept getting the run-around by "Joanna", their customer support spokesperson. She kept giving vague responses on the timeline of the order, slow and/or no response until I left a poor review on here.

I changed my review after she provided a $50 gift card from the first support contact. Support continued to be slow, so I changed it back to a 1 star. I ended up having to charge a dispute on my credit card. Almost 3 months later, the items finally arrive (much later than needed) and Joanna sent in 'proof' of delivery. So now I have to go back to my credit card company to see if I can get my money back.

The quality of the items seem okay, but definitely not worth this hassle or price. I will be going elsewhere which is more reputable next time. I have never dealt with such of a headache for purchasing some clothes and hope this review can help prevent others from doing the same.

Their products are fantastic. No one can say otherwise. The designs are awesome and the material is as well. I did have to exchange what I got for a different size. They also let you exchange for different styles if you want. The company has been more than understanding. You do have to pay for shipping back and it's pricey. My only complaint with the company is that you have to send them a reship fee. But even then that's not a big deal.

I ordered 3 things only received 1 of them but all the items are said to have been delivered, I even purchased the package protection by savedby, and they are saying because it appears the seller didn’t send the items at all they won’t replace or refund me because it didn’t happen “in transit”, not like you can prove that because the company is trying to say I should have them, so even the package protection is feeling like a scam to me, they sent the bare minimum so it could count as delivered. The support lines respond somewhat at first and then go silent, after saying they will look into it then weeks go by and nothing, I just want them to send me the clothes I ordered but I suppose that’s too much to ask for, I’m still waiting on an answer from them to see what they say about the package protection saying they need to do it, even bought the extra add on to make sure I got it, but nope, crazy and scammy experience all the way around, I might change my mind if they actually get back to me and send what’s missing but, unlikely.
Update I was able to get saved by to replace the items, thanks!

AI support. No communication.

Missing items from order, have packing slip with proof, they don't respond other than with AI messages that make zero sense.

Don't expect to get help. Do expect to just hope your order arrives and has the items, because if they don't, you will never receive any help, ever, even after MONTHS.

The items I ordered were exactly as advertised also the quality is top notch. This is one of my new favorite clothing merchandise shops. Thank you so much iedm

Absolutely superlative product! They utilize the very finest materials! All items are carefully hand made to perfection! I have purchased {20} premium tank tops so far and I plan I ordering more! I get compliments on south beach in Miami and in the clubs!! The shirts are EXTREMELY colorful and vibrant!! I have seen people taking pictures of your garments!! They are creative designer geniuses! Nearly 5 weeks from placing the order and it still hasn't shipped. Website says 3-7 day lead time, that's a lie. I emailed asking for a refund and got ghosted. Contacted my bank to dispute the charge. STEER CLEAR! they may have been a good company years ago, but it's ridiculous now.

Been 8 weeks now since placing the order, they contacted me only after placing this review on trustpilot, prior to that most of my emails were ghosted. They eventually said they were going to send my order free of charge after all the problems I had with them. I agreed and was told I would receive shipping info shortly. That was 2 weeks ago, I never received shipping info or the package. I emailed them to see what the deal was and was ghosted once again.

This company is dishonest and there communication is horrible, look at all the other reviews around and you will see that this isn't just a 1 time thing. It's happening constantly to many many customers. Had they actually done what they promised and sent me the merchandise I ordered, I would have updated this review positively. But they just dug a deeper hole and left me completely hanging.

Iedm is the best! I buy mostly bucket hats and entire outfits that I wear to raves! I’m 6’3 and there clothes fit me comfortable and look vibrant in person. I highly recommend!! They often have sales and if you download the Iedm app and turn on the notifications you can never miss them. Their customer service is also easy and fast! They have been very helpful in the past. Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service/company, felt as I was emailing AI. Placed an order on 20Apr2025 it now 25May2025 still haven’t received my order. Got an email back saying they were having a supply issues and that a representative would contact me no one has contacted me. Steer clean of this website. I have emailed asking for a refund all i am getting is radio silence. If I could give them a zero star I would save your money and heart aches.

I'm still waiting for the order and I have no answer.

My wife ordered cloths from them on April 21st. To this date no one has returned her inquires by phone or email regarding why the items have not even shipped yet. This is despite the fact that her card was charged on the day the order was placed, over $137.00. Customer service is ZERO, communication is ZERO. You call their number and they tell you they will get back to you with thin 2-3 days. This is a lie. Emails also go unanswered. This company appears to be a scam. She will be contacting the CC for a full refund. They should be ashamed of themselves and for operating in this way.

Here is another update. What the merchant wrote, unfortunately is a complete untruth. We have been in constant contact with them (we have the emails to prove this) they have been promising to ship with a new excuse nearly everyday. Our merchandise was never shipped, no tracking number was ever provided. This merchant is a total scam they even tried to buy time by giving us a partial credit. We gave them several opportunities to rectify the situation and they have not. This place is a TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM. Do not waste your time or money here.
Joanna might not even be a real person, could be some sort of chat bot set up just for this purpose. I can forward emails as proof of all this. They are SIMPLY UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO FULFILL THE ORDER!

The quality was great. The material is so comfortable to wear. And the items were just as pictured on iEDM.com. wonderful!

I’ve placed an order on the 16 of April and it’s now may 7th I’ve been still not shipped anything the shirt I order they say it will be shipped shortly and then haven’t responded since ……..they finally got back to me took a while but gave me a refund for my order and still shipped my item

I've been buying shirts from iEDM for roughly 3 years now. As an autistic individual, I can say that these shirts are comfy as well. Sensory comfort AND being able to wear the style of your affinity in one shirt? I truly couldn't ask for better!

The tank that I ordered has a high quality printed design that causes an optical illusion effect to play with your vision. It fits well and arrived in perfect condition.
