I absolutely loved everything I received from iHeartRaves! One of the bodysuits was a little too big, so I needed to return it and order a smaller size. Ardie was incredibly helpful with the return, assisted me with placing another order, and made sure my discount was applied. The entire experience was smooth and easy. I've been shopping with IHeartRaves for years now - quality clothes and typically very fast shipping!
I had an initially unpleasant experience when I placed an order on 10/12/26 and had to reach out to support due to the tracking information not updating. At that point I was informed via support email that my package was lost on the carrier's end. I followed up multiple times to confirm I wanted a reshipment option but did not hear back. I tried to call the customer service numbers, however, both numbers were inoperable. Next, I submitted a claim through the website but still did not hear follow up information via email. Today, I used the chatbox option on the website to speak with Ardie, who was able to confirm my replacement option and inform me of updated order number and information regarding tracking information.
This experience seems to be an outlier with the company as I have had great experiences prior to this. Shoutout to Ardie who quickly helped resolve my concern. Please update or remove your customer service numbers to assist future clients in contacting!!

AI Emma actually impressed me. I thought I would have to wait for a real person to fix my issue but I had two problems and they were resolved quickly and efficiently leaving me thoroughly impressed.

Shopping experience was confusing. Prices fluctuated ALOT when checking out & an automatic $5 for order protection was added. No option to update address upon checking out & accidentally sent order to wrong address. Once I realized (right after I placed the order) I tried to update the address for the order & there was no option to do so without contacting support. I called the number provided & it rang once then went blank & hung up over again. I then tried contacting them via chat & was automatically greeted by AI, after waiting for a human rep ( Ardie) was very helpful in updating my address. All is well for now.
