My items I ordered came in time for our wedding. We were both happy with the fabric quality and shade of color. Thank you for services, as your products worked well with your wedding!

I ordered 1/4 inch polka dot fabric. They also sell 1 inch polka dot fabric. They sent 1 inch. I sent a photo with a ruler, and they are refusing to process a refund or send the correct fabric. My receipt clearly says 1/4 inch polka dots. This fabric is not usable for my daughter's project. Their phone line does not connect to a person, and the voicemail is "full". Online customer service chat does not elicit a response. By email, they replied to say, no they will not send the correct fabric or refund. Do NOT purchase from this company. It's a scam. There is no customer service and they will send you incorrect fabric and lie about it.

The fabric was great quality and I’m very happy with it. There was a week in between when I got the tracking number and when it actually started moving with the post office and I was worried about that but it still went out in the listed TAT! I will definitely order from here again when I need more.

Hear me out. Before you dont buy from here bc the other reviews chewed them out read why I gave it 4 stars. First the fabric is beautiful. I got the order an am all of satisfied with the purchase. Now for why it got 4 instead of 5 Is because of confusion during delivery. The website says ships in 7 days and you think it get here quick. Mines did take well over a months to 2 months to arrive. Ordered in April didnt receive on my steps till Juneish. Like the last the day of may. It wouldn't be a problem if that was clearly communicated from the start. If your ordering bulk for later on then shop here. If your doing something quick, just go to your local fabric store. I dont know how to upload a picture but when I figure it out ill update my review
