Absolutely HORRIBLE horrible service. I bought over $100 worth of fabric that I needed as soon as possible, obviously I can’t expect that with shipping but it took over a month for them to ship my fabric from Los Angeles to North Carolina. I was in a time crunch and it completely messed it up along with the fact that I finally received my fabric July 8 after ordering it June 1 and it’s missing two of the fabrics that I needed the most because I couldn’t find them anywhere else. Do not buy from this company they’re absolutely a scam to take your money, the fabric is not what it looks like in the pictures and videos. I’m surprised my fabric finally came and when it did it was missing items I asked for a refund multiple times nobody answered their customer representative chat, email or number. BUY your fabric somewhere else because these people suck!

Absolutely the most awful buying experience I’ve ever had. Over a month to receive. Clearly shipped via a global shipping program from China. The fabric is not velvet upholstery fabric as described. It’s a cheaper than cheap fabric which is not velvet nor suitable for upholstery. I fabric responds to reviews that I left that they want to make it right, but in reality the response I got from “customer service” via email was “thanks for letting me know- BYE”. Followed by “awesome” when I said I’d leave bad reviews. Avoid this company as they are frauds, liars and scammers. Ifabric, don’t leave a response because you’ll make yourself look like the liars that you are. They are now saying that I’m a competitor which is a lie. I sent proof of purchase to trust pilot. I’m a customer. They’re the ones writing fake (good reviews). They also charge a 50% restocking fee and you have to pay shipping. Rip off.

We were in need of some super affordable tablecloths for a college graduation party, and found them here at iFabric! We were using them on tables that had umbrellas for shade since it was an outdoor party in 90-100 degree heat, so we needed to be able to cut holes in the center. Honestly? They took FOREVER to arrive. Definiltey give yourself some time padding. And the shipping tracking looked stuck like they hadn't moved in weeks. When I started panicking, I read a bunch of reviews and panicked more. But when I reached out they emailed back and promised me they would arrive on time and they did! The quality is great for the price.

Good fabric choices. I'm happy with the descriptions so I knew what I was really ordering. I usually have to order samples first but since the descriptions were so through I didn't have to waste time and money on Samples

The selection, especially of specialty items, is incredible. Delivery was prompt and the cut and packaging were obviously done with care. I'm looking forward to my next experience with IFabric.

It took longer than I expected to receive my pillow form but I image with the pandemic - that was probably the problem. iFabric has great selections and the best prices.....A word to iFabric - Just be careful with your S&H - that's why Amazon is crushing it's competition. Very often I do find items cheaper on other sites compared to Amazon BUT when it comes to S&H - if it's out of line I will go right back to Amazon to make that purchase. I want to spread my business around - but consumers like me need your cooperation in doing so. Stop with the outrageous S&H.

The product is excellent. It is normal that fulfilment takes sometime to ship. But I personally thought it took longer than I expected. Otherwise the product is perfect.
