The only single issue we seem to have with the platform which causes me to give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes it is very sluggish. It's possible that the more people using it at a particular time might cause a slow down but everything else works great!

Easy to send fax information from iPhone. I haven’t ever sent a fax and the app made it really easy and self explanatory to use.

Signed up for the free trial, only to then be charged $150 the SECOND I swapped the plan to the "basic plan". Under the initial plan I was signed up for after pressing the "free trial" prompt, I went to send a fax and it prompted me again to upgrade my plan seemingly to be able to send the fax...which was strange. I picked the basic plan to see if that would let me send the fax, and while it did work after swapping, I instantly saw the charge for the annual fee. They don't state anywhere that changing the plan during the "7-day free trial" results in a full-priced annual charge, but the live chat representative told me 15 minutes into a sluggish, unhelpful chat session.

This is what they do the scam casual users out of hundreds of dollars. I'm in the process of requesting a refund, but based on the reviews I see on Reddit I can already anticipate a very annoying back-and-forth.

Again, this is literally their strategy. But I'm stubborn when it comes to unethical business practices so I am along for the ride. Worst case scenario I've seen people mention just refuting the charge on their credit card - to various levels of success.

I should have looked into the reviews more seriously, I just needed to send a 4 page fax lol. This company is so annoying and shameful.

I can easily transfer documents and remain HIPPA compliant for my small nonprofit clients. This has been easy and it's the best experience I have had using electronic faxes!

Super simple to use, fast delivery

IFAX has been super easy and convenient to use! We use it regularly for our healthcare practice, and it makes sending and receiving faxes quick and simple. No fax machine, no printing, and no extra hassle. Everything is easy to navigate and has worked really well for us. Definitely recommend!
