iFax Reviews

Very very easy and fast

No fax machines in other countries but this piticular app allowed me to fax abroad when their was absolutely nothing to be found any ware

My first fax with this application. I wasn’t sure what to expect having used a variety of other fax apps in the past. The interface is exceptionally well designed and easy to use. My only complaint is that unlike some fax apps where you pay for what you use, this unfortunately is a subscription app. Given how rarely I fax, regardless of ease of use, the cost of the subscription will keep me from using this application in the future. If you do many fax transactions, you should calculate is the rather expensive subscription fee makes the app worth keeping. For me, unfortunately it’s not. If it was a pay as you fax app, I’d definitely keep it.

This service is not at all what I thought it was

They helped me with very important faxes I really needed to be done. They are are wonderful app.i will tell people about it.it was very easy to use on my phone.

The clarity of my fax was beautiful and it was super easy to use and understand! I got to choose my fax number and I also got free credit to start with a free premium trial to send my fax right away! It was fast reliable and easy to use! I will recommend for sure!

sending a fax was supposed to be FREE but when you asked for a credit card I stopped.

It was easy to use and quick

The company offers a free fax. I tried to send a fax. The first thing they do is ask you to upload the document. Upload the document and then pop-ups and everything start. You're not allowed to send the fax without creating a user and then you're not allowed to send the fax without actually putting in a payment information for your free trial. If you refuse you can't move forward and from there on you get popup after pop up and email after email after email pushing and pushing and pushing. But your document that you uploaded is no longer viewable and you have no idea if it is now sitting on someone's server and is insecure. And basically you uploaded your documents and you cannot send the fax without giving credit card information for a free service. No one ows me a free service but this is an experience reserved for scammers.

Really easy to use and works perfectly fine! I actually love this app!

I am unable to cancel the free IFax trial before the free trial ends. It feels like a scam and that IFax will likely bill by credit card at the end of the free trial. I contacted customer service via the online chat function and it does not work as chat apps work in the USA. There is no representative to chat with. IFax appears to be an offshore fully digitized automated service with no real service assets.

iFax is secure and has great for sending fax without needing an actual fax machine. Especially for people like myself that don't need a physical fax machine or fax less often.

Ease, professional customer service !.

IFax has made e-faxing a simple and intuitive experience.

Paid $10.81 for a weekly subscription strictly to send an urgent document to a verified, working fax number. The app failed repeatedly with an error claiming the recipient wasn't receiving faxes. I had to drive to a physical location to send it from their machine, which went through instantly with zero issues.

When I reached out for help, support refused to issue a refund or take responsibility, hiding behind excuses and passing the buck. Charging customers upfront for a core service that doesn't deliver and then refusing to make it right is unacceptable. Avoid this app.

so far I have been very satisfied with the integration and functionality using it on the platform. practicemanagerplatform.com offers HIPAA fax services thanks to iFax for electronic records shared with physicians

This has been a great decision downloading this app has really came in clutch love it
