I had a new gas boiler fitted today by Igni. The guys were polite & friendly…. & tidy. They fitted my new Baxi boiler and tidied up after themselves. Very quick, efficient - I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Very impressed! From my enquiry on Monday to telephone call from IGNI on Tuesday to surveyor visiting on Wednesday to installation on Friday - WOW!! All done in one week. Minimum fuss, very professional service and nice people. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for being such a pleasure to deal with.

Zero stars! This company maybe legit but……………… Let me tell you that going for this scheme is too stressful! Not only do they need every form in your life including marriage certificates etc…..bit personal yes! Was advised by many other companies that this was too dodgy!! Well they need everything including your bank stuff and still not enough. A day goes by then 2 then 3 now day 10! They waste your time waiting for ridiculous approvals of your credentials! Only to find out still🤯 forms not enough 🤯 and they want more!
So they offer to do installation before fitting boiler why I don’t know thought boiler would be more important! Oh but not! So we continue to freeze and go dirty for days and days! Now my daughter has developed Pneumonia and I a chest infection! So no thanks to them stringing us along for 10 days only to end up paying out for new boiler with a ‘proper firm’.
You think your saving money but for 2 weeks with no heat or hot water to wash and likely to of getting ill in the freezing conditions that is the Uk. Lesson learned when it’s free it actually is not!
DO NOT PUT YOUR HEALTH AT RISK AND WAIT FOR THEM ITS NOT WORTH YOUR HEALTH! Hello hospital!🏥

This company offer us a boiler replacement for free with a benefit claimant in the household, they are 100% genuine and as pensioners unable to afford a new boiler it is a godsend would recommend this company to anyone in the same predicament as it's government backed.

Lovely guys that came to my property today. Very polite, explained everything well and worked really hard, never stopped for any lunch or tea breaks! Extremely tidy and careful. Being a single mum I felt comfortable with all 3 in my home which is so important.

Review on behalf of my son - Terry at IGNI was so very helpful he answered all my questions and there was a lot as I was very skeptical. The surveyor came and was very thorough - two days later the loft insulation was installed and the day after the guys came to fit the combi boiler. Im sure a lot of people think that those on benefits get everything but when you are on benefits through mental illness and you finally have a warm home and hot water which you could not have previously IGNI were a joy in dark times. I recently used Igni for both a new boiler and loft insulation, and the whole process took 14 days as I had just moved to a new address. Throughout, Terry kept me updated almost every day, which I really appreciated. He was humble, professional, and very accommodating.

On the day of the installation, a team of four arrived—two for the loft insulation and two for the boiler. I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The installation was completed quickly, accurately, and to my full satisfaction.

What really stood out was their commitment to cleanliness. Once the job was done, they left the area spotless, as if nothing had been touched. They were also very patient and took the time to answer all my questions with professionalism and clarity.

I would highly recommend Igni. Well done, guys.

Installation of new boiler and loft insulation all carried out to my satisfaction in one day. However, I was left with an electrical fault which rendered all my upstairs lighting totally out of order. The following day Wakas ( an electrician) was sent to effect repairs - it was a tricky job and Wakas tenaciously spent several hours investigating and finally solved the problem. Thank you.

I was skeptical at first as anything free is too good to be true but as a full time working single mum my boiler was on the blink and I really needed a replacement before the winter so I got in touch to see if I was eligible and everything matched the requirements and I was accepted! Within 2 weeks, I had someone here doing the survey, then a few days later the loft insulation was done, a week after that my new boiler was installed and a week after that new extractor fans were fitted. All the engineers were lovely, cracked on and got it done as quickly as possible. Very clean! Highly recommend, not a scam.

Having been told that I was eligible for the boiler upgrade grant and having had the survey which did not disprove this, I was then contacted by the installer and informed that my Epc rating of D was too high. They then requested that I try to get it lowered! That would have been fraudulent at the very least!
Igni were very pushy - even attempting to book the installation as the surveyor was carrying out the survey!
After all this they wanted to start again with another installation company. How could the outcome be any different?
All rubbish and obviously not for anyone with an existing Epc as they can't make one up to satisfy the criteria needed to receive the government grant.
Waste of time!

All correspondence was dealt with quickly and the installation guys were considerate, obliging and brilliant all day

Nice friendly guys professional all good no problems install done got heat n hot water back
