I tried and call them couple of times, to resolve a ongoing issue, but got no satisfactory response, then fortunately got hold of Iman H, so knowledgeable , Understood my query and actually shown her honesty and dedication to her work by recalling my first call 6 to 8 weeks ago and remembered me as a customer. She gave me confident. Believe me the problem was resolve within few minute. I as a one of their customer got really impress by her dedication to work and understanding customer need. Keep it up

Really poor experience. We’ve been requesting the reporting for weeks with no resolution and no clear explanation as to why it’s unavailable. We’ve gone back and forth between calls and emails with Customer Service and the Business Development representative, yet no one has been able to provide an answer.
We’re told that reporting is produced for purchased bags; however, if bags are purchased for several months in advance, the reporting is only available for the single month in which the bags were bought. There is no rationale for this, and no one can explain or justify it - either on the phone or via email (when responses are provided at all).
Really poor experience.

This company does not collect bags in a timely fashion. Bags are often left for days and never collected on Friday evenings so that a whole weekend of rubbish sits on pavement. Bags split and spill rubbish right in from of Charterhouse square park. There are four there right now and one has split.
Disgusting - only the rats which live around here are happy.

Joey promptly applied to my email request and arranged our bulky waste collection very quickly, making the process much simpler than other companies used prior.

I had emailed numerous times and had no response. Julian took control of my request and handled everything quickly and smoothly.
He was super helpful and really pleasant to deal with, and I look forward to future interactions with him.

Im still paying for my contract but still they dont collect my bin bags

What a terrible company. I requested collection of confidential waste multiple times before it was finally collected! They charged me for confidential waste bags twice! I also requested junk waste to be collected after their special promotion. But they couldn’t care less about collecting. Still waiting after many weeks. Beware! I run 2 pharmacies and this is not acceptable.

I’d like to thank Julian for his excellent support in escalating and resolving my collection issues. He handled everything promptly, kept me informed throughout, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. I really appreciate his professionalism and dedication, highly recommended!

After many attempts of trying to get in contact with First Mile I finally got through to Julian who has talked me through my invoice queries.

Had a broken lock for our bin and Julian sorted this out so quickly for us. was very happy with the service provided.
