Prompt and reliable. This was not an easy job but was completed quickly by ignite and because they were able to do something quicker they did not charge me the full quoted price. Defo recommend and will use again.

Just had Alan at Ignite Plumbing remove a cold water tank and associated pipework from our attic. First rate service and excellent job. Very efficient processes for booking and letting you know when they would arrive to do the job. Fair price, excellent work, arrived on time and great aftercare service. Would recommend Ignite to family and friends.

Alan serviced my boiler some weeks ago then a fault developed that was nothing to do with the service. He appeared at the door on time (masked up!), sorted the problem professionally and efficiently and wouldn't accept payment. Great service from a top wee firm. I highly recommend Ignite to anybody, in fact I already have done!

Booked a service for gas fire and boiler with Ignite plumbing. Booking process straightforward and Alan came at appointment time. Alan was polite and efficient. When the boiler needed a part, Alan sourced it quickly and the problem was resolved in a couple of days

The whole process is simple from booking the appointment through to any changes to schedule, through to the actual job which was done seamlessly and well!

I was very pleased and fully satisfied with the repair, maintenance and servicing regarding of our 4 gas boilers. Alan's booking system is very efficient and well organised, keeping customers fully advised on expected times of arrival. His service provides full and comprehensive details and reportage on all work carried out and quoted in advance. He was also able to work flexibly around some of our own operational times which was helpful.

Used Ignite for the first time last year because of the excellent reviews. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the reasonable price. I have recently used them again for some work on the central heating system and a repair to a leaky cistern. Again very happy with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

This is the second time that I have called on Ignite and on both occasions I have been really impressed by the speed of response and overall service. They diagnosed the problem with an underfloor heating installation within minutes and arranged for replacement parts to be fitted same day, having fitted an appointment in at short notice. Very nice to deal with and very trustworthy and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I've used Ignite for an annual service and for investigating central heating problem. On both occasions communications were excellent with updates on expected arrival time. Alan was friendly and obviously competent in his work. Rates very reasonable too. Would not hesitate to recommend.
