THE BOILER WORKS REALLY WELL, SOMEWHAT BETTER THAN MY GAS BOILER.
CONTROLS ARE EASY TO GET USED TO, THE BOILER DOES EVERYTHING WELL, CANNOT FAULT IT.
HEATING AND HOT WATER ARE VERY GOOD .
I CAN RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF GETTING AN ELECTRIC COMBI BOILER.

Today I have had a great experience with THE EHC , in poticular with one of there staff called John
I rang this morning regarding my electric boiler tripping out due to being air locked after being left unused all summer and John was strait on the case , diagnosing and then talking me through about if I’m confident what it requires to sort it out

great service and back up from the guys…
great service and back up from the guys at ehc…. john and rob in technical helped with any questions and problems we encountered during install… fitted a mercury combi boiler and was impressed with the ease of fitting and output of domestic water… great boiler if you don't need a lot of hot water…. ie no bath in property… would not hesitate to use this company in the future

For once these people are honest, genuine and know what their talking about. Trust me, you can relax if your'e about to use them. I had 10/10 experience with a faulty boiler.

Excellent products and customer service
I’ve had a EHC boiler for a couple months and has been working very well. Power had been shut off at my property for a while so needed to set up my boiler again and phoned EHC. Rob from the technical team was very helpful and walked me through the process.
Customer service, their products are excellent. Would recommend for anyone looking to get an electric boiler. Their price range is also very good unlike their competitors (Fis****)

Recently moved into a new house
Recently moved into a new house, and recently realised that we had no hot water, contacted ehc as they had supplied the boiler. The guys in the tech support were fab taking time to explain settings and helping to reconfigure the settings to try and help, however after doing so the water was still cold, so they gave me a contact to call who was knowledgeable in the system we have. Plumber visited and accurately diagnosed the issue, and ehc supplied the part without delay. We now have hot water, great result

Following a new kitchen install and new…
Following a new kitchen install and new radiators, our boiler kept shutting down. Mark was very thorough and helped us assess the issue and identify the problem was with the plumbing and helped us figure out a work around until the problem could be fixed. EHC are very responsive and helpful to get us back to hot showers. Our boiler has been great and it is reassuring knowing about the fail safes internally to preserve the system. Highly recommend EHC.
