I phoned EHC technical department for assistance to downrate my boiler. John couldn’t be more helpful, he talked me through the process & I had the job done in minutes. These EHC boilers are the future of heating if we can get the government to reduce the cost of electricity.

She took on-board immediately what was needed, created a package of what products would be suitable, arranged delivery the next day and registered the warranty. She emailed me the relevant installation manuals and assured me their technical team was available for any questions or support during installation and at any time in the future.
