I ordered an item for my partner's upcoming birthday - I won't say what yet as his birthday is still to happen and he may see this review, but suffice to say that it's gorgeous and I am super pleased. So much so, I ordered one for my son who absolutely loves it.
Claudia from Customer Services is so friendly & helpful, always going above and beyond, replying to my emails super fast. Communication is excellent.
The items arrived amazingly quickly via FedEx with free postage! They were packaged extremely well.
I will always check on Iguana Sell Uk first when shopping for these sorts of items in the future. Highly recommend!

Found a extraordinary bargain for a watch on their website, I wanted to make sure the price was correct so I sent them an email. A couple of days later I received an email response saying that the price was indeed correct and was the full price for the watch. Great I thought, so I made a purchase there on the spot. 2 days later and I receive an email saying the price was in fact wrong and they won't be honouring the purchase. Absolutely ridiculous your email of verification made me make a purchase. Don't buy from this website they can't honour a sale regardless of them making a mistake. Will not be ordering again. Read the negative reviews.

First time customer on iguana from Spain. Ordered a fountain pen and it was packed and sent the same day! It arrived in 3 days from half across Europe, and the pen writes lovely! Will definitely keep my eyes on their products.

Ordered a lighter from their website and received a confirmation email that my purchase went through. Then I received an email saying the item I ordered was not in stock and my options were that I can wait for the item to come back in stock or I can choose another item. They did not give me an option for a refund so I responded saying I’m disappointed that the item seems like it is in stock on their website and I would not have ordered the item had I known it was out of stock. Then I asked for a refund. They came back saying that the website states the item is not in stock and I can choose another item if I don’t want to wait for this item to come back in stock. This is absolutely incorrect nowhere on their site does it say “not in stock” or “unavailable” it just lets you purchase. I stated again I’d like a full refund and they stated that on the website (in small grey letters) it says “check delivery date” and that’s how I was supposed to know the item was not available, yet it lets me add to cart and purchase. This was after they mansplained it to me, like its normal for a website to let you purchase an item that’s not in stock and then make you as the customer seem like an idiot for purchasing it and assuming it was available? Will never buy from them again, the attitude was unnecessary.

I had settled on the purchase of a Ball Roadmaster Marine GMT watch, and ordered it from IguanaSell because they offered a discounted price AND paid the shipping and customs fees to the United States. After placing my order, I realized that the Roadmaster Pilot GMT would be a better choice at the same price. Kamila at IguanaSell cheerfully agreed to change my order, and shepherded the watch through U.S. Customs. I couldn't be more pleased with both the IguanaSell customer service and the features, quality, and accuracy of the watch.

I ordered a watch on line and was subsequently told it was unavailable. Rather disappointing to receive conflicting emails saying we are packaging your order and also the email telling me it was no longer available. Why advertise something you don't have in stock or access to. Most grateful for the return of my payment

I bought two top end fountain pens from them in an year (ordered from UK). Quick shipping, careful packaging & very responsive customer service. They had paid import taxes from their end, which I could not see from any other international stationery supplier. I don’t think any dealer/seller can match their price. They also have some of the rarest collections ! I saw few online posts doubting the authenticity of the products they sell - That’s simply because the price/discount is unbelievable. Iguana Sell ❤️
