This is a scam shop that needs to be shut down. I bought a seal plush cushion back in September and like everyone in the list, found out a little later that their product pictures are stolen from around the web and that they never send their products. Got some emails from them that were literally "copy/paste" but changing the signature to pretend they have actual workers and a bogus tracking number that obviously doesn't work. I even told them on an email that I was concerned about all bad reviews and everyone saying they are a scam site and they had the guts to tell me that "those complaints were made by the competition, that were afraid on how successful they were".

Thankfully I filed a complaint through PayPal, raised it to dispute and shared with the company all the proof about how this shop is a scam. I even shown the actual real item that is only sold in Osaka's Aquarium to proof how they just take pics from the net and don't own the products. Obviously I won the dispute and PayPal sent me back my money, but it's unacceptable that scammers like this exist.

Never shop from Ikiha and if you have, file a complaint with PayPal, raise a dispute and get your money back. Don't let this people destroy your day with their lies.

This company has taken my money and not sent my purchase.
Emails to and from the company are advising that the product was so popular there are delays, and then I had emails saying my tracking number is incorrect and sent me another .... which incidentally, is also bogus..

Now going through Paypal to get my money refunded.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!

Scam. Just found out that the item I ordered isn't even something that can be bought. Ikiha stole the images from an Instagram user and then offered it for 'sale'. I was sent a bogus tracking number that doesn't work.

Even the reviews for the product on their website use pictures stolen from the same Instagram user.

Filing a complaint on ever website I can. This place needs shutdown.

Scam! They ripped me off and took my money. No order was ever sent to me. DON'T TRUST THEM.

I "purchased" a lovely seal cushion on 5th september. The tracking number they provided me was not working, still does not. I paid with paypal, and requested a refund, we will see how they react. For the refund request, that liar showed them a quick and dirty shipping note with my address and a note that the item had been shipped. I think i lost my money, roughly 32 usd. I wish the person swallowed it will spend this amount on medicine.

Nicht mal ein stern wert!!!! Das ist Betrug! Schicken nach kauf keine Bestellbestätigung und keine Sendungsnummer!!! Auf Nachfrage schickt der Shop eine gefälschte Sendungsnummer!!! Das Geld ging zu einem ganz anderen Händler als wie angegeben!
Man gut das ich per paypal einen fall eröffnet habe und so jetzt mein Geld zurück erstattet kriege!!! NICHTS DORT KAUFEN DAS IST BETRUG!!!!!

HUGE SCAM!

Took three months to actually ship item! Contacted them and got the run around through email! Thank God I paid through paypal! After 3 months finally got a shipped item and it was only one pair of the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered!!!! Shoes are poorly made and don't look much like the description! Please don't waste your time or money!!!

Ordered item and paid through PayPal. Never received item and no response to dispute. So glad I listen to my InterVoice and paid through PayPal so at least I have a chance of getting my money back.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this merchant.

First, the item took 90 days to complete from order to ship. Tracking service was literally non-existent despite claim by the merchant. Customer service was zero when queried about the order and when there was an email regarding the order, the customer's name was wrong.

Second, when the order finally arrived, it was poorly made. The figurine was supposed to sit on a chair but it looked like the item was removed from the baking oven too early. Things looked melted. The chair legs collapsed. Some things that are supposed to be straight are curved. It was poorly made by whoever contracted by the merchant.

Simply put, this merchant does not care about being a good business.

This store is a complete scam. It was taking forever to track my item so I reached out to the email on their website and was told that 'due to high demand' blah blah, it's taking longer but they've contacted their shipping agency to push the order through. Well, it's been 12 days and the tracking number still says that no shipment has been created. My order was placed on the 25th of September, it's October 14th- and nothing. I will be contacting the business for a refund (which from other reviews I've heard they refuse to issue) and if that doesn't work, I'll be contacting my card provider. This is complete nonsense and I don't understand how this 'store' is still allowed to operate.

Cannot cancel an order for any reason at all ever.
Can only return item for a refund if bought at full value and not on sale. Guess what? Everything is always on sale.

Site is a scam.

Item took 2.5 months to arrive. Came completely crushed Was nothing like the pics. Stan Lee statue Customer service is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Do not buy from this store !!!

I ordered shoes on 7/27/19. Per website, it says it takes Estimated delivery time to US: 12-20 days.

So I wait the allotted time, no shoes. I emailed the company SEVERAL times, each time I actually got a response. They finally gave me a tracking number.

After a month with that tracking number, it expired. Again, I emailed them and after about 2 weeks I got a new one.

As I am monitoring and it seems to moving along day to day and it actually updated today.

I am wondering if in fact I will recieve what or ordered or will it continue to update as something shipped

I received my shipment, finally. I was actually surprised. I am honestly going to keep my rating as is, due to the fact I literally had to email them numerous times and stay on them about my shipment, which should not have to be done.

I can tell you if you do order shoes, order up from your normal size, as they run smaller.

This site is a scam. I hope no one else gives them their hard earned money. I'm so upset. Please beware.!!!

Please be aware that they are now known as Lucky Homie as well!!! Same set up and scam. I just got all my money back from PayPal for the fake items that I never received...pass the word. DO NOT SHOP Lucky Homie either!!!

This webpage/store is terrible, do not order from them. They charge your card right away and then do not ship your product. If you are lucky to have them reply to any email's they will give you a tracking number that never gets a status update. Ordered 2 Jack Skellington Scentsy warmers on 8/27 and have yet to see them. Disputed the charge with my credit card and was refunded quickly so I was lucky enough to not be out the $85 I just gave them without receiving any products. Do your research and do not shop on this webpage unless you want to throw your money away!

Really terrible company don’t waste your hard earned money I have yet to receive a refund or product.

Fake tracking number . Stopped answering emails. Say they r in Usa and yet they post through china post 🤔🤦‍♀️ . Absolutely disgusting customer service and how many people they have scammed and riped off something needs to be done

I placed an order on September 1st for the nightmare before Christmas Jack warmer and I still have not received it. I have tried contacting this place with no good out come. This place is a complete scam. I also placed an order for a nightmare before Christmas carousel from a different website called kabaitza and that place too is a scam. I found both these places advertising on Facebook. EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE PLACES!!!!! I'm is the process right now of disputing the charges...
