My order never arrived, the tracking number isn't working and, sadly, I found out just now that I'm not alone...

Ordered a Jack Skellington warmer only to find out this website is a huge scam. They sent me a phony tracking number. Buyer beware. I am now in the process of fighting for a refund.

Order Jack Skellington on September 7Th, received tracking on September 1th which in fact it doesn’t work. The company they claim to ship from is S F Express which is a international shipping. The people whom operate IKIHA live in Illinois. So shipping in the US should be less then a week. It’s very sad to see all these people including myself be scammed. It’s time to take this straight to the Attorney General. Take these guys to prison!

Ordered a pair of hoop earrings. It took quite a long time to delivered (over a month) but the item looks great, quite similar to the advertised pic.

Ordered a cute little bat from this site and NEVER GOT IT. My tracking number worked for about 3 days, then stopped working and I never received my package. Emails to the "Customer Service" department go unanswered.

This is the worst service EVER... I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Its been 8 weeks and I still haven't received my order, my tracking number isn't working,and they won't give my money back.

SCAM SITE. This store has an address linked to a single family home in illinois, NOT a store! Has NO contact phone number, and a FAKE social media facebook link. Its a money laundering scheme to trick you into sending them your credit card information. DO NOT USE. Authorities notified.

Art Thieves, don't do business with companies or people that steal others work to make a profit!

Got scammed out of about $36 on what I thought was a copy of Burn After Writing. Wasn't given any tracking numbers for my order despite numerous requests, customer service was abysmal and when I finally received my item, it's a counterfeit and not a good one.
Don't waste your money on this garbage store.

This website steals artists photos and tries to use them to sell their fake knockoff items. They are stealing from artists and small businesses. I know two lovely people who have had their dragon necklace and bat plush photos stolen by this company. Trust me, the item in the photo is not the one you will receive. You will receive a crappy copy. Please do your research before buying from sites like this.

I ordered a bag on August 11th. Then when I hit these ppl up they tell me to be patient! I kept on emailing them and again they kept saying the same thing!! UNTIL I called my bank and told them I would like a refund and how the place I ordered from was a scam! Then I got In touch with PayPal and I received a full refund! I’m just UPSET because I really wanted that bag now I have to search around for it! Smfh🤬🤬

Scam Scam Scam! I ordered a bag over a month ago and nothing. The tracking page won’t even load and neither will the support page. I wasted over $40 on air and hope. Worthless Jerks!!!!!

Do not buy from Ikiha Store. They scammed $40 from me. Took the money out of my account right away and never sent my package. I wish I had done research and checked this review website first... Idk if I'll be able to get the money back (probably not). I'm never buying anything online outside of Amazon again.

Scam. Rip off will steal your money

This website is a scam I ordered 3 pair of sneakers over a month ago and nothing. Every time I email them they respond with another excuse. The tracking number they gave me doesn't even work. SCAM STAY AWAY!

Scam! Has great deals but no merchandise. They steal photos and post that they have product to sell at a great price. They have nothing! They steal your money and then you’re stuck fighting to get it back. Location states Illinois however PayPal payment went to Singapore! Stay away!!!

Fake fake fake I order my shoes three months ago and nothing I demand my money bad and no answer. So now if they don't email me or what ever I'm reporting them to the cops and the business bureau. You think it's ok to rob people and it isn't it's a crime. My tracking number says expire really come on I said I want my money back or my shoes and they expire my tracking number and didn't say anything to me. So they are fake fake fake Rob people really go get a real job and you will have money.

Scam...Was going to order some items from this website. I noticed they had no phone number on the site. Just Contact Us message box and an email address. Googled the company and can't fine much on them. Then I see a bunch of posts on FB saying....STAY AWAY...SCAM...

I waited over a month and never even got the item. The company kept emailing me saying be patient over and over. It's a scam!!!
