Quick and easy. Easy to book, easy to get hold of and helpful when I had questions.
There was a mistake on my paperwork when it arrived - they fixed it easily and quickly, and I couldn't have asked for better, but it was a bit inconvenient.
They are well-priced in the market (although the market cost for the service I received is ridiculous!)

Great cost savings.
As most of my property is owned in Limited companies every time I either mortgage or purchase a new property I have to give a personal guarantee which becomes very expensive. However, ILA Connect are quick efficient and extremely competitive

Time efficient process
I needed simple proof that I had taken legal advice in order to sign a consent to mortgage document and a quick video call with Monique of Brewer Wallace provided me with that in a time efficient process.

After ILA meeting
After ILA meeting - we were sent two guarantor forms, but both were with one director's name. Had to email coulple of times to chase them, resend the correct one back

Independent Legal Advice at a good price
I used ILA Connect to get search for independent advice on a Buy-To-Let purchase, the process was very quick, easy and a good price. While I disagree ILA should be required (and should have an opt-out option), they make it as painless as they can.

Needed Independent Legal Advice at short notice in order to meet a property completion deadline. Very easy to navigate website, very reasonable fees. Searched for an appointment on a Sunday night with lots of availability within 48 hours. Made the booking online there and then. Lots of communication leading up to the meeting ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Paperwork posted out as promised. Really pleased with the service and would highly recommend.
