Your Business Suck and Steal from the Innocent Customers
Order a short wig on February 2026 and did not received it until March 17th, 2026. The wig I order was a short blonde wig with highlights mixed in, the back of the wig was hideous dark black with piece sticking up everywhere. The wig look nothing like what's on the website. It smaller and the colors are totally different. I had high hopes for both the product and the service, i was sorely disappointed. I understand that you require the wig to be return within 14 days, but i am perplexed by your policy that mandates I cover the shipping costs for this return. This practice is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on your customer service standards. To add insult to injury, I have been informed that should the wig not arrive at your facility within this arbitration timeframe, my refund will be cancelled. This is unfair and put undue pressure on customers and seems designed to benefit your company at the expense of its patron. I believe that transparency and fairness are essential in any business relationship, and that you do not have. However, my experience with your company has been anything but fair. I can't believe you offered me $20.00 to keep the wig. The wig can't be worn its damaged good.
I hope that you change your business practice and treat customers better.

On 2/13/26 I placed an order for a wig I saw on Instagram (Short Honey Blonde Brown Highlight Bangs Wig Remy Hair.) On 3/2/26, I sent an email asking for the status and was told the wig was a custom-made order that was being carefully styled and prepared by their professional stylists but that a request was sent to expedite my order. I received the wig yesterday and was shocked and dismayed at what I received. The wig looks NOTHING like the wig that I purchased. The lace that is supposed to be sewn into the front of the wig was sewn into the back of the wig. The sides are not even cut the same lengh....the most disappointing wig I have ever received.

I ordered a wig from them on the 20th and I did not receive my wig until the next month on the 11th. The unit was not what I ordered at all the hair quality was really nice but it took them so long that I continue to email them and ask them what’s going on with my order the day before I receive the unit I got an email saying that the unit had been shipped. I did not get any shipping information until I emailed them and asked for it once I asked for it, shockingly, UNIV showed up the next day. Do you need hair curlers in it and clips still on it it was Poorly packaged. When I went to put it on the bangs were so short, it is disgusting. I went back onto my account to try to see how to get a refund. Surprisingly, there’s no way you can ask for a refund on their account do not do not I repeat order from this company I will never order from them again.

Everything went wrong! This was my first time ordering from Ilikehair and it was very disappointing. I kept emailing asking when should I be expecting my package. I was given a different time frame reach time. The initial reason I ordered was because it stated that they would mail it via FedEx. After emailing back and forth, I received an email stating my order was canceled! I asked them to show me where I canceled my order. They then emailed stating it was a system error. That's a bunch a crap I've ever heard! There was no compensation ever mentioned due to the lost time and misleading info. The responses seems so AI generated! I'm truly bothered by this experience knowing I need this type of wig for my trip!

YUKI sends me a whatsapp message telling me that the people in the factory will soon go on vacation and my wig will not be completed until the end of February!!!!!!! what a scam..I will do an investigation and let authorities know as well

I would rate my experience less than a 1. The hair looked nothing like the picture and smelled so disgusting it made me want to vomit. I had to put it back in the box. The hair had a matted piece on was shaped irregular and of poor quality. The vender told me they would give me my money back if I followed the shipping instructions. Now im out of 130.00. No more contact from Aurora since about my credit being issued though the wig was recieved last Saturday. The pictures and reviews on the site are fake and this company is a scam. Do Not Buy From Them! You will be sorry!

I bought a wig from them over two weeks ago. I reached out to them and told them that they sent the wrong Wig. They wrote back and stated that they talked to their warehouse in their warehouse stated that they sent the right Wig. I sent them a picture that it was the wrong week and they still would not refund my money or give me the correct Wig do not buy from them.

Shocking disgrace of a company. I did get my money back as I contacted my bank and they noticed it was a scam. They reached out to the merchant and I regained my money back, I would not recommend this company at all. Avoid!!!

You can respond to the consumer. Change your contact method. Quality of wigs not as advertised. Amend the impossible and extreme restriction of returns.

Well I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a wig on Oct 5 2025 costing $150.00.I have not received a "Thank you for your order" or a status update. The only I have received is advertising offering discounts on my next order!!😅

I ordered a wig on September 19th, 2025. As of today, 10/10/25. I hit a confirmation immediately after placing the order and no more communications. I have emailed several times. No one picks up the phone and WhatsApp message is automated. This company is a fraud. BEWARE!!!!!
I am still waiting for someone to respond to me.
