Aliya and Dan have gone way above in assisting us with our bookings.
Special mentioned re Aliya's customer service- we had approached her a couple of times on different tours and unfortunately we didn't book any of the tours. She was always polite and nothing was too much for her.

Emer was quite good. I had to wait some 10 minutes while talking to her.
She also sent me an email to my old email, which took a while to find out what was wrong. I even rebooted my computer.
