Many Questions, All Well Answered
I had a variety of questions for Katlyn and I was delighted to discover that she had all the answers and was a delight to talk to. After a lifetime of traveling the world, I find talking to agents to be underwhelming many times. Be it a combo of the system you use and Katlyn, or just Katlyn, I am very pleased with the call.

My experience so far
I have not yet gone on my trip (9 months from now) and, hopefully the experience will continue to be good but, so far, it’s been excellent. Imagine Cruising has provided all the needed information in a very timely manner. Even when I needed some additional information and could not reach the customer service dept, the manager called me back to provide the necessary information. The booking process, including upgraded airfare has been quick and efficent. The trip, which is a land and sea voyage throughout Japan appears to be extremely well planned, all inclusive and high end. If the result ends up as impressive as it’s been so far, I will certainly use their services in the future and recommend them to others.

The booking was seamless
We've only just booked a trip to Singapore and Sydney with a cruise on Celebrity for March 2027. Jonathan made the booking process very smooth. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, explained the included and not included parts of the trip. He made sure our reservation would be synched with our friends who booked before we did. This will ensure that we'll all be staying at the same hotels. He was delightful to work with. We are excited for March 2027!
