Oliver was very concise and helpful in finding us the price and availability for the cruise and land tours for the Japan 20 night vacation. My brother also wanted to go with us. He and his wife traveled to Asia last year and had a great time. Oliver was quick and called him to book his vacation and set it up so we would travel together. He was thorough explaining the steps to get this vacation booked. He was such a nice gentleman to work with.

Oliver helped us put together our itinerary pretty quickly. He was very patient answering all our questions. He was quick responding to our initial email enquiring about the trip. He stayed late to finish our booking on a weekend.

Craig provided all of the information I required for my 2027 trip. And, Craig was easy to reach! I didn't experience any waiting time while I was waiting to be connected-very unusual and very welcome! I was very comfortable with Craig, it felt as though I was chatting with a friend. This is the second time, I have called with questions for Craig, and I had the same experience before. What a pleasure!

The review is pertaining to the reservation/booking experience. Our trip is still ten months away. Our agent, Harry, was excellent! Courteous, professional a real pleasure to deal with. We initially choose a tour/cruise package but wanted additional information. Harry was prompt in providing the answers and was conveniently available for a telephone call when it fit my schedule. Super experience and we are looking forward to the South American trip.

Harry was patient, professional and prompt. He provided some time to consider options, provided quotes on a couple of options in real time. He always called back as agreed and was most accommodating when he called. On one of the agreed callback time, I had been drawn into an impromptu meeting at work, he simply recognized that and set a new time to connect and did so.

Nichole is very professional and knows her business. All questions we had were answered promptly and accurately. It is a pleasure working with her.

We were attracted to this cruise and land based tour of Vietnam and Cambodia because it seemed to combine many of the qualities we seek in a travel experience at what seems a good value for what’s provided. Since we won’t be traveling for a year, we can only comment on the booking process and the expertise of our agent, Vincent. Vincent was thoroughly knowledgeable about the details of our tour, and clearly had traveled to this area himself. He explained everything and answered our questions completely and with great patience. His follow through and attention to detail was exceptional. We hope that our tour lives up to the high expectations we have from our experience with Vincent.

I just booked at 26 day Rail and Cruise to Japan with Imagine Cruising. This is one of the places on my bucket list and Rene was very helpful explaining the trip and what is being offered.
