Our first contact with Image Cruising was made thru Aimee Passey,a client service representative .Aimee was approaching the end of her work day, when we called and she patiently answered all our questions .She is a valuable asset to her company.

Ren'ee was so knowledgeable She explained so much about the tour and the wonderful sites we will be seeing, steered us through the trip itinerary, and was instrumental in booking our airfare and helping us choose a cabin on the Navigator. Imagine Cruising work together as a team & you are never left hanging. I'm looking forward to our South America trip!

The customer service representative, Aimee was delightful and very informative and patient. When she needed to check on cabin availability or some other concern we had she was very polite and let us know we would on a short hold.
Also her follow thru with emails of our agenda info and receipt of our deposit was in a timely manner.

Though our trip is still more than a year away, I feel that I had built up my confidence on this trip after downloading on line all the documents and informations
I needed furnished by Imagine Cruising. The itineraries and schedules are very clear and precise. I look forward for a wonderful journey next year, May 24, 2027.

We’ve only just booked our trip, so this is preliminary, but I can say the South Africa trip ticked all the boxes for us as to what was provided. Our agent Harry Powell was excellent, thorough, friendly and very capable and ultimately caused us to go through with putting down our deposit. I’ll look to update this review or do another review once we’ve taken the trip.

Jonathon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No matter how many questions I asked or quotes I asked for he gave them to me. Very upfront Andy easy to talk with.

Initial contact was with Renne Hudson. She was very pleasant and patient walking us through our booking . Our follow up calls (we neglected to write the name(s) of the gentleman we spoke with)were met with the same professional manner.
However, we are still unclear whether our seats on our flights are assigned or we are to book them ourselves.

The booking procedure for this upcoming trip was very pleasant. Jonathon and Ollie were attentive and explained everything I needed to know.

I enjoyed a great experience booking our reservation for South America. Oliver was responsive, efficient, and easy to work with.

I have always wanted to see the Temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia, and Halong Bay in Vietnam. I found a fantastic three week package through Imagine Cruising that included time in Taipei, and Ho Chi Minh City, a cruise on the Mekong River, the aforementioned bucket list destinations, and three days of unwinding at a luxury beach resort at the end of the trip! Craig in customer service at Imagine Cruising gave valuable advice to enhance my experience, and his supervisor Bonnie was equally pleasant in answering all of my questions.

Jonathan, with his sweet British accent, was very helpful detailing our October trip to Japan. Sorry it's not available from the UK! We are psyched for the tour!
