Efficient
Answered all questions honestly and did not try to push other products on me other than what I had communicated I wanted. The original deal was set up for people in Florida and he took the time right when I called to figure out how to make everything work for me being from Arizona. Do not have to wait for him to call back as other providers have done.

Helpful and Courteous
Jonathan was our travel agent. He went out of his way to explain the cruise and deal with some of the unique requests that we had for our travel. He made it very easy to book the tour and offered future help.

Renee was able to get us a place on the tour even though it was fully booked at the time when we first called. It took a couple days but Renee was able to arrange it.

So far, the booking went so smoothly.
So far, I've just booked a 29 day trip to include 14 days in India followed by. 14 day cruise on Holland America. Harvey was excellent to work with. He answered all of my questions and got us booked
If the actual trip goes as well as the booking did, it will be a 10 out of 10!
