I received an email from IAmAStudent offering a ₹300 Zomato voucher for posting a positive review on Google and Trustpilot.
As per the instructions in the email, I completed the review process on both platforms. However, I have not received the promised voucher.
I have the email as proof of the offer and have followed all steps as mentioned.
Sharing my experience so others are aware of how the reward process worked in my case.

Service is fast and customer support is really good. I have purchased Canon Lens, Monopod and many more things they delivered timely and got original product.

Honestly, this is my 3rd product which I have purchased from imsutudent. My experience purchasing products from imsutudent till now is fantastic. Genuine products with genuine price, good packaging. What else I want. Full star from my side.

Ordered an R50V camera cage from ImaStudent. The product was shipped via DTDC, and the experience was terrible.

The parcel reached the delivery center at 11 a.m., but at 7:48 p.m. it was suddenly marked “Out for Delivery” and within minutes marked “Delivered.” No courier came to my house, no OTP, nothing. I checked my CCTV footage — there was clearly no delivery attempt.

I immediately emailed the seller using the support emails listed on their website and shared the CCTV proof. They never responded. Not even once.

DTDC was also unhelpful, and I eventually had to personally go after the local delivery center and deal with them just to get my own package.

The real issue here is the complete lack of support from the seller. If something goes wrong with your order, you are on your own.

Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding I Am A Student and Cinema Center. If you’re buying camera gear, it’s safer to order from Amazon or other reliable stores where support actually exists.

Poor shipping speed.. last time I got the item delivered in 5 days but this time it will take 15 days probably.. I have informed to the customer service team already.. otherwise everything is ok..

You did very well than I thought. I was a bit skeptical before going ahead with a purchase. But I believe the collection you have is definitely worth looking at. Overall, I had to follow-up once for my product shipment, but on weekdays, the products were dispatched in 1-2 days which is actually good and delivered in 2-3 days. I would not comment on delivery times as it is external responsibility by logistic firms.

Not at all safe! I ordered a Camera Bag (worth 8k) in May 2025
All I received was an empty carton.
It’s a mom-n-pop operation and have only one phone number which connects sometimes and doesnt most of the times - there is no other way for re-dressal!
I got hold of someone called ‘Manish’ who promised a full refund but I am still waiting for it.

Totally fraud site. I bought a Camera kit with lens. But to my surprise they sent me a tampered seal box that too lens missing. They make money by doing these cheap stuffs. And they have zero customer support. SO you will feel harrased after it. On chat and phone before buying, they do big big lies. So don't buy from them and get trapped by their low prices.

Worst experice! pls i request not to purchase anything from this website. The refund process is not easy and they keep delaying the process. Its really hard for person who save money and buy such expensive products and this is how they treat their customers.. its really unfair
