Pics In ads make item look bigger than it really is. Very sad for misleading ads!

Too many tracking notifications. I thought I was getting the red case plus all the sewing items. My surprise was I only received some of the sewing items and no red case. Either I didn’t read the description carefully or just looked at the pictures.

my order was broken when it arrived. Not very satisfied. product looks so nice on ad but very cheap material. Would not have bought if I had seen before paying. Feel I should be reimbursed because article broken.

The product I got was not at all like it was advertised! The turn handle was a thick plastic, and it was supposed to be a thin metal that inserts into the keyhole of a lock. There’s absolutely no way this thick plastic will fit into the keyhole of a lock. All the offer is a $2 refund for my inconvenience. And said if I wanted a full refund, I would have to ship it to China and pay for the shipping. Lol I will never buy from here again and I highly recommend none of you buy from them as well. This company is pathetic. They also overcharged me at the beginning and had to refund me $15 which they did refund but how do you overcharge your customer in the first place I have since read other reviews of people being overcharged as well. Steer clear of these con artists.

On July 25, 2026 I placed an order for pens to update the tile grout in our bathrooms. I paid $46. for my purchase AFTER they tried to charge my bank $10 more than I agreed to pay! I complained and they replaced the money in my account. * The worst part came later. On my receipt it stated two things: “ SHIPS FROM A NEARBY WAREHOUSE”. The next line stated “ ARRIVES IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS”. After 7 days I asked for tracking info. Two days later I received a tracking email stating my order was moving from a warehouse in IRELAND TOWARD CUSTOMS IN IRELAND??? I live in TEXAS which is no where near the country of IRELAND???
I emailed back asking for the courier info ans approximate date of delivery? I reminded them of the LIE I was told on my receipt! The response was another tracking report showing only that my order had arrived at IRELAND CUSTOMS??? Now 3 days later the tracking company shows it’s STILL IN CUSTOMS??? Once again they failed to answer my questions!
I consider this company untruthful at best since they tried to overcharge me, then lied about shipping location and amount of time it will take to get my order!
They fail/refuse to answer my questions now 3 times by email! I am looking at filing complaints with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, THE INTERSTATE COMMERCE COMMISSION, AND MY STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE FOR DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES!! These people refuse to answer me so we can see what they have to say when the FEDS start asking questions and investigating their company!!

This company stated that my order was delivered on 8/11/26 to my home??? That was based on THEIR tracking. However if you read THEIR tracking the package arrived at USA CUSTOMS ON THAT DATE!! How could it have been delivered to my home in Texas at the same time it was arriving at USA CUSTOMS???

I have cameras on my front and the package was not delivered on ANY DATE!! THIS IS FRAUD!!
** 8/26/26 this company asked for additional info of just my name, email address, order #, and phone number. ALL of this except my phone they already have!! I sent them everything they requested within 30 minutes but I DO NOT expect them to do anything! I asked for a refund because I never got what I paid for but all I got was silence for a month!!

It would help if it came with instructions on how to use the product, it arrived in a small box with nothing else!

Ordered one double billed (paid twice,) will not refund. Took close to 30 days to arrive. The buyer beware.

Everything was just fine, delivery was on time and I was able to track package. The only thing I would change is the length of the chain, but I don't like tight things around my neck. Love everything else.

I ordered the Portable For Emergency Rescue Key. Unlike the videos and photos the turner retained in the handle was made of plastic that was too fat to use. The videos and photos it’s thin metal. Seems like a cheap knock off.

The case was very hard to open up. I was not sure how to open it. I felt like I was going to break the latches to the case.

Still waiting for an answer I sent then pictures of the product I received (it looks cheaply made it is all plastic it was supposted to be metal.And able to open padlocks.

I did not realize that the delivery time would take almost 2 weeks. I ordered the rosary on 7/10/26 and received it on 7/27/26. However, I received regular notifications of the status of the order.

I haver not been able to track where Fedex delivered my neck lace- they cannot use the tracking number you gave me- It's not in their system- I contacted both main post office in town and the one at shoppers- Not in thei system.Now what do I do-I'm out my money and my pendant

Great tracking information

The cremation urn necklace i ordered was not what was delivered. I ordered two andtheyweredeliveredweeks apart. I received a small stone wire wrap and a larger heart but neither of them could be filled with anything. I have tried customer service and still haven't gotten anything straightened out.
