Сделал депозит, но потом от услуги решил отказаться. Сказали возврат не делают. Приводи друга, его деньги себе заберешь....зарегистрированы в США - в суд не подашь на них не находясь там.

I bought Imigrata’s “Full Support” (two payments). I ended up doing almost everything myself; from them I got just a couple of documents and the visa appointment. The contract says the second payment is due before starting Stage 2. Yet the day before my visa submission — when everything was already prepared — they invoiced Stage 2 and claimed it had already started because of a short prep call, while Stage 1 wasn’t even finished (NIF still pending). Given my uncertain case (my residence permit was close to expiring), I wasn’t ready to prepay for Stage 2 that I might not even need if the visa were refused. When I declined, they began demanding payment, threatened me with “Portuguese lawyers” (despite the contract’s Georgia, USA jurisdiction), and later sent a unilateral termination — without completing Stage 1.

I submitted my visa application on Sep 19, had my consular interview on Oct 1, and was waiting for the decision. Later I called the consulate to check status and was shocked to learn my application had been canceled back on Sep 26 from the e-Visa account email they controlled. The embassy shared the message they received — written as if by me and even starting with “Hello! My name is Maksim Alekseenko…”. I never wrote or authorized this; they impersonated me to cancel my case.

This wrecked my plans for the next year: I now have to renew my current residence permit first and only then reapply. That’s why this felt especially harmful and, in my view, vindictive. They present themselves as helping people relocate; in my case they did the opposite. I paid, received minimal value, and ended up with a canceled application I never asked to cancel. Strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Update after the company’s reply:
1. "We contacted the consulate for him." – Not true. I contacted the consulate myself (multiple times).
2. "Urgent work in 10 days." – They began their part only after I had prepared and sent all my documents. Most of the rush was on me. They told me to get a criminal record with an apostille; I would not have had time to obtain it, and they didn’t seem concerned. I checked with the consulate and learned the apostille wasn’t required.
3. "Free consultations." – I paid €49 for the first consultation. Later they offered to refund that fee in exchange for posting a review, which is generally against review-platform rules — this is why so many of their reviews are about the first consultation.
4. "He ignored us / breached the contract." – I replied promptly. The contract puts payment 2 before starting Stage 2; Stage 1 wasn’t complete (NIF), and I was never warned in advance that Stage 2 had "started". After several days of messages disputing this, they sent a unilateral termination presented as retroactive.
5. "We discontinued services, including cancellation." – The consular appointment belonged to Stage 1, which was paid. They canceled an already paid action and impersonated me to do it — in my view, that’s unlawful.
6. "Jurisdiction / accountability." – They operate via a U.S. entity while selling EU relocation. In my view, this setup appears designed to avoid potential EU court actions and accountability.

Не рекомендую IMIGRATA!

Хотел получить ВНЖ Португалии по учебным курсам. Менеджер на созвоне меня уверил, что нужно приехать в Португалию СРОЧНО, желательно в начале февраля, то есть через 2 месяца после моего обращения, так как там, скорее всего, будут слоты в миграционку, и нам нужно успеть их получить.

Мне пришлось в экстренном порядке:
1. ЖЕНИТЬСЯ БЕЗ СВАДЬБЫ за одну неделю, чтобы сделать ВНЖ по воссоединению для моей девушки.
2. Оставить квартиру и депозит в Грузии.
3. Экстренно ехать в Армению делать шенген за 3 дня до Нового года.

Купил услугу «Шенген под ключ в Армении» за 250 евро на человека, €500 на двоих. По итогу мне просто предоставили список документов, который надо подать, и просто забронировали мне отель и билеты на самолёт.

Всё это делается за 5 минут без затрат. То есть 500 евро мы просто выкинули.

По итогу мы успели приехать в Португалию в начале февраля, чтобы дозвониться до AIMA, но слотов не было. Мне менеджер обещал, что можно подать в суд и получить слот за 2 месяца.

Время поджимало, потому что шенгены действовали до 30 июня, и не было информации, продлят их или нет, вплоть до 28 июня.

Но чтобы подать в суд, нужно собрать пакет документов. Только на поиск квартиры ушёл месяц.

Также для ВНЖ нужен счёт. Помощь IMIGRATA с открытием счёта заключается в том, что мне сказали, что счета не открывают, но если вы уедете куда-то за город подальше, то там, может быть, откроют. Порекомендовали купить неименную карту в киоске с сигаретами.

В итоге к маю я собрал все документы и был готов подавать в суд. Изначально в январе мне озвучили стоимость подачи в суд — 389 евро. В апреле уже стоило 399 евро. Я заключил счёт-договор на 399 евро, и мы подписали его с двух сторон. Из-за задержки оплат от моих клиентов на полтора месяца я не смог его оплатить сразу же и был готов оплатить только через 2 недели.

А мне через 2 недели сказали, что стоимость выросла на 100 евро и теперь это стоит 499 евро. При подписанном счёт-договоре.

Мне пришлось целый день ругаться в чате с менеджером IMIGRATA и доказывать свою правоту, что нельзя менять суммы в договоре после подписания. Потратил нервы и время. Мне снисходительно через несколько часов РАЗРЕШИЛИ платить сумму, которая была в договоре.

К тому же менеджеры IMIGRATA ведут себя пассивно-агрессивно и хамят. На то, что я посмеялся, что перевод выписки стоит 60 евро и занимает 2 недели (при том, что я сам её перевёл за 5 минут бесплатно), мне менеджер сказал: «Максим, что именно вам смешно? Ваше ёрничание совершенно неуместно, вам не кажется? Они пойдут ножками к нотариусу заверять документы. А нотариус работает тогда, когда удобно ему, а не вам. И нагрузку свою повышать не хочет. Поэтому да, до 2 недель можно ждать».

В итоге в мае я заплатил за суд 399 евро. В июне вышли новости, что повышают сроки получения паспорта с 5 до 10 лет. А с португальской бюрократией — до всех 14 лет. Я принял решение уехать и прервать свою иммиграцию в Португалию, так как условия существенно поменялись.

Слот мне выдали на конец октября. Обещали 2 месяца, сделали за 7,5.

Не рекомендую IMIGRATA за:

1. Введение в заблуждение по срокам.
2. Хамство и пассивную агрессию в чате.
3. Некоторые услуги стоят неоправданно, прим. шенген в Армении.
4. Условия меняются на ходу: цена может вырасти на 100 евро уже после подписания договора.
5. Из-за введения в заблуждение по срокам я рассписался без свадьбы. А это одно из самых значительных жизненных событий. Спасибо менеджеры.
