If I could give them zero stars, I would! 9+ months trying to get paid and still havent received a dime!

They've moved the goal posts constantly, do not communicate, and conveniently find a new reason not to pay at each and every turn.

Genuinely a pure scam!

Can't withdraw my earned money and they don't to care. Worst affiliate platform I have worked with. If I company use Impact and I will reject the collaboration.

Do not work with this company I have experienced racism from employees within this company Therefore, I advise you not to work with them at all.

Impact has the worst customer support I have ever tried, not only they are not able to read the messages where the problem is raised, but they close the support tickets without offering a solution. Don't waste your time with these people.

I was referenced to IMPACT.com thru service provider for affiliate program... AWFUL experience. Stuck in registration page for web site after registration, can't modify subscriptions and notification emails in portal without setting up account. Tried to delete my account and TICKETS support does not work as expected with no link to update/respond to tickets to delete account. They make it EXTREMELY difficult to delete spam emails and account... contrary to local SPAM/PRIVACY laws. Disrespectful policies and account practices are RED FLAGS for this company... reviews suggest it is much worse than initial setup... STAY AWAY!

Impact is a scam, it's not what they promise, they trap you with their annual contract and don't let you escape, while you see how all the attempts you make to raise the affiliate community are useless.

This is because they have a lot of affiliates but they are not active, what they do is fill up with affiliates who then leave and the profile is abandoned.

They never respond, they don't even get a notification that a message was sent to them (this was confirmed by an Impact account manager).

I do not recommend it at all, you will lose money for a year and you will not be able to undo the contract.
In addition, when you ask for help to lift the account and to comply with the minimum they promised during the sale process, they ignore it. Even the live chat is ignored and they leave you stranded.

I hope the same thing that happened to us doesn't happen to them.

Do not work with this business, I almost wondered if they were legitimate ,my application was approved and I had no issue with access to campaigns and product to promote, I begin to promote and spent some of my own money for better results, one day I no longer had access to anything, I feel like I was scammed, they have only email support and nothing they suggest works, why did the issue only happened after I invested time & money? do they not want to pay? they should be investigated.

My name is Usama Khalid, and my Impact account (ID: 3754566) has been blocked without any clear reason. I'd like to explain the situation in detail.

My younger brother, Umair Khalid, and I both engage in affiliate marketing but operate separately. Umair's Impact account (ID: 3031748) was recently blocked due to some issues with his account setup and verification, which I helped him with due to his limited English proficiency. As a result, his account was deactivated, which I understand.

However, my account was also blocked, seemingly due to the shared use of my PayPal account for his payments. I believe this is a misunderstanding, as there were no violations on my part. I have a registered company in the United Kingdom and can provide any necessary documents to support this.

I am concerned because I am being told I won't receive my earned commission of £589, which is due for payment on July 1st. This seems unjust as my account has been compliant, and the issue was solely with my brother's account.

I kindly request that my account (ID: 3754566) be reactivated and my pending payment released. I have no connections with my brother's business operations, and my account's deactivation appears to be an error.

We were a partner for one year with them but it yielded nothing but headaches. Their customer support is bad, their tracking is bad, many of our affiliates that we invited to join the platform couldn't create an account, it was a lost opportunity for a year where we did pay €6.000,- in fees. Very expensive mistake.

There are spamming. They don't have unsubscribe option in email.

I've used around 7 different affiliate platforms over the years.

I only joined Impact because one of my larger vendors had migrated to them. Prior to this I was providing them without around $6000 per month in affiliate sales.

Impact provide a REST API (which is a GOOD thing). But in order to download a datafeed of products, instead of being able to grab the datafeed via the REST API, instead it provides you with a FTP address you have to download it from.

Even worse, their FTP is completely unreliable, often timing out or just hanging indefinitely when you attempt to login.
On the rare occasions you can login, and request the data file, often it still just hangs or says the file is unreadable

Tech support are no help whatsoever, and just copy/paste generic advice like checking your firewall, without ever bothering to consider there might be an underlying issue with their FTP server.

Im an experienced software engineer, don't you think I might have ruled out all basic troubleshooting before even contacting support?

Besides, who is using insecure FTP as the ONLY option to download data feeds in 2024? Its just an archaic dinosaur of a platform with an incompent tech team

Terrible to the point of illegal. Shady practices, poor management, bad tracking, and so much more. Links disappear with no notice from Impact. They are getting thousands of leads from us with no payout. We've been with Impact for 5+ and have watched our commission drop steadily every year. (We are still a top publisher with other platforms). Be very careful with this platform. If anyone is interested in a class action, we'd be interested in getting involved. Businesses are being taken advantage of and they've gotten away with it long enough.

If I could give 0, that would be my real vote. I blocked them before proceeding to the “job”. The sequence:
1. Register with their invitation code
2. Send them your invitation code to open a new account
3. Log in in their new account and work..
4. Wait what???

I joined the Impact affiliate program with high hopes of earning through their platform. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite generating sales and meeting all requirements, I have not received a single payment from Impact.

I've reached out to their support team multiple times through their ticket system, providing all necessary verification documents, but to no avail. The lack of response and transparency regarding payment issues is unacceptable.

Furthermore, when browsing reviews on Trustpilot, I was alarmed to find that many others have faced similar payment problems. Impact's current rating of 1.5 stars speaks volumes about the reliability of their service, particularly in terms of payments.

If you're considering joining the Impact affiliate program, I strongly advise against it based on my firsthand experience and the negative feedback from other users. It's disheartening to invest time and effort into promoting brands through Impact, only to be left without compensation.

I sincerely hope Impact addresses these issues promptly and improves their payment processes to regain trust among affiliates.

Impact's affiliate and creator platform for advertisers is one of the best in the market - continually providing interesting and innovative updates. I genuinely feel like I can build a world-class partner program on this platform. Customer Success is responsive, highly knowledgable and far more experienced than other affiliate network account managers.

Been using it for 6 months as i provide b2b services and made over 100 manual sales (everything was monitored), not even 1/10th was tracked by impact. Lost over $1000 because it cannot track correctly, neither clicks nor sales. While using an alternative platform every single click and sale was tracked correctly, again manual sales.

I have joined this platform in Dec 2023 as many big companies like Shopify, Robinhood, Lenevo etc was there and I think it would be trustful platform. Earned $505 till January 2024 and they said payment will disburse on 21March 2024. So I wait it but on date brand have released the payment but the withdraw button has been disappear. I contacted to support they ask my to send ID card image I sent it but not got any response yet.
Please do not use these kind of affiliate network trap . this was my 2nd platform which block my payment. Before CJ affiliate did it.

Impact.com is IMO the worst affiliate platform out there! First of all: I have been working with affiliate links for years now, and just took massive action to get my Impact.com account permanently deleted.
Here is why:
1. Payments are not being cashed out to the affiliate. 2. Constant violation of consumer rights and GDPR by not providing necessary links and buttons, such as "unsubscribe" links in their newsletters, "delete my account" button to directly delete your account - but besides that, those missing features turn out to your biggest disadvantage, once things go south! You run into
3. endless loops with the support team, which is not helping you but keeping any kind of request in a loop of months without resolving the issue at hand.
4. Besides those major issues, the platform itself is so hard to handle and user unfriendly, that you have to ask which first grade intern created this website and platform
5. To close my rant: I am 100% certain that those reviews stating their money was held back from payment are all real, as it fully matches the overall user experience of this unprofessional madhouse

The worst support I have ever seen. I created a ticket 2 months ago and I am still waiting for a response. I have been working with Impact for the past 2 years, and now they have stuck my payment without any explanation. They are not responding to any inquiries. I never expected this from Impact.

Really disappointed with the support of Impact. Following up for my resolution of ticket for 1 month now. There team is saying don’t contact us on social media.
If you guys are not responding on tickets and locking my account and I am loosing my commissions because of that what shall I do now?
