Never ending circle of "nothing to do with me"

Had a contract with tiktok for business. After being accused of using an alleged "loophole", they denied paying me $28.300 in approved actions, as well as $75.000+ in pending actions that got reversed for no reason. I'm already taking legal action, if anyone is specialized in debt collection or other helpful service, I'm willing to cooperate for a share of collected funds

No engagement and we have signed up from the start of the year. Not even a single business has helped us for a lead. They will not be flexible with contract terms from day 1. Do not promote there.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I earn 7 figures a year with affiliate marketing and will not ever promote a company that used impact for their affiliate program.

I have 200k stuck in impact, support team hasn't answered me for 2 weeks now, in those 2 weeks I wrote 4-5 more messages and each message didn't get an answer. Seems like I have to get a lawyer

This company borders on scam and fraud. As a DTC entrepreneur with a small business, I urge others to avoid the traps of this company. I have questions about my invoices and have requested a call multiple times. The person who is assigned to my account refuses and says if I keep it up with questions they will turn me over to the legal team at my expense. All because I have a question about an invoice that I think was an overcharge. It is probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had and seems actually somewhere sinister and personal in a weird way. I also started getting an onslaught of fraudulent orders due to using impact and my skin care is being sold fraudulently on ebay, again, zero customer service available.

They are not answering or replying to Support Tickets?? I have an open support ticket still open from August of 2023 about not getting my payment.

I signed up with Impact to expand the reach of my company with influencers and set up affiliate programs. I spent a fair amount of time and energy and all we received were fraudulent orders which was a royal timesuck and headache. After a while we lost our mojo to continue moving forward with the platform. I asked them if they would be open to pausing our subscription and reinstating some of our time because of the headaches. They said that is not our policy. Everyone that I have talked with at the company has been very friendly but it has not been a very good experience for us. If you work with them I hope you have better luck.

If we comment negatively impact will flag it and Trustpilot will remove it. Most negative comments are not seen because it is removed after flagging.

Their support is very responsive when it comes to technical issues but when it comes to payments, their compliance department blocks payments because of security reasons, they ask questions but then they never answer. Even though i attempted various emails, they never get back to you. I work with many affiliate networks and i come across something like this first time.

I work with a lot of affiliate networks and I've found Impact is the absolute worst. My support tickets are being completely ignored - despite it being a critical issue. Brands also regularly pay late, and Impact doesn't seem to do anything to chase them up. Awful experience.

I am happy with their product. but in their marketplace to find affiliates is not easy. They need to improve their search algoritm to find the right affilate for brands.

Stay away. They would try anything to delay the release of your payments; from having 'compliance issues' to simply not responding for weeks.

Impact Radius Team has refused to pay me my commission for my earnings.
And my account was deactivated for falsified details of which I fill in my correct details.

Not legitimate. They find one excuse after anther not to pay you. Stay away from this platform. There are plenty of good alternatives.

My messages have been ignored by impact.com for the past three months, and they are completely fraudulent. They have been fooling me by claiming to provide updates on funds from brands and then releasing them. The network does not respond to my messages and is completely fraudulent. You should avoid them as they could eat your money as well.

Impact used to be an amazing site for earning commissions by being an influencer and monetizing websites.

in recent years it has fell from grace drastically and the support it terrible, its customer support from 3rd world countries that cant even spell right. Around years ago i use to be able to get a response from a us based representative.

I have held an account for around 4 years, i received a payment into my account and it came into my balance. A week later i still haven't got the payment. It used to come in 1 day!!!! Support is asking for id which i provided them and still no response.

Beware i think this company is a sinking ship.

Bad experience, even I couldn't able to sign up. No help from tickets and chatbox. All there is scattered Bullsh*t. I even wonder what extent of benefits they could give to partners if they have nothing for themselves.
