Impact is fraudulent and unresponsive. They promised us refunds for fraudulent orders and have been completely unresponsive and have not processed the refund. We will be getting our attorney involved.

The design of the site is poor nor is it the easiest of interfaces to navigate. I can't even find any partnerships - I just don't know where to look - it's so bad. All I get is a deals page, no images so I know what I'm looking at or who the partner is - and the font is so tiny, I can hardly read anything. If you're not registered for Indirect Tax, they won't let you proceed at all but unless you meet the required threshold, you don't even need to be VAT registered; it's utterly confusing. Tech difficulties throughout such as trying to upload logo in required format - which won't upload etc etc. When I type into the site's search, it just remains a blank page. I stupidly listened to some so-called 'influencer' on Youtube claiming this is a great affiliate programme. All I can say is that they must have been paid a lot of money to make such claims. I'v wasted far too long trying to work out this site. What a pile of trash. Save yourself the headache and avoid like the plague.

Trust the 1 star reviews. And know that they're just as bad on the brand side.

impact.com is a fraudulent network, and they have been fooling me for the past 8 months by claiming to provide updates on funds from brands and then releasing them. They have not responded to my messages for 3 months, and they are completely fraudulent. I advise you not to work with this network as they may also eat away your money.

As a dissatisfied customer of impact.com, I feel compelled to share my negative experience with the company. I was forced to use this joke of a platform by a third-party company that uses Impact.com as a platform for their referral program. I participated in their referral program and earned a substantial amount of money, but despite my repeated requests, Impact have failed to pay me what I am owed, even tho the other company went ahead paid me the amount which is not blocked by Impact.com

In addition to not fulfilling their obligation to pay me, impact.com has also been actively avoiding my attempts to contact them and resolve this issue. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, and it has left me feeling frustrated and cheated.

I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with impact.com, as their track record in terms of fulfilling their financial obligations leaves much to be desired. Their lack of transparency and poor communication only add insult to injury.

Avoid impact.com at all costs. To anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to do business with Impact is the complete opposite. Their failure to pay me what I am owed and proactively avoiding my support tickets is a clear indication of their disregard for their users' needs and satisfaction.

I had a terrible experience with impact.com. Even though I made money through their platform, they didn't pay me for my earnings. In my opinion, this platform is a complete scam and I wouldn't advise anyone to use it.

To make matters worse, their support team is unresponsive and hasn't been helpful in any way. I've been trying to contact them for months now and I'm still getting no response.

There is no option to request a withdraw. they steal all my earnings.

The registration page gave incorrect currency. I struggled 1 week with their ticket support and there is still no outcome. They insist on creation of new account, so did I. But when I registered a new account, they request me to verify my account again, while I have already put up the content and earn some balance in my old account. How come would I need to verify my account while I already start publishing the content?

For more than 4 months, I have been waiting for my money to be transferred, and they did not send me anything, the largest fraudulent platform without dispute, knowing that they did not provide any reasons or apologies.

Literally the worst experience with any affiliate platform till date. They have not released my payout without any reason and are not replying to the support tickets either. Complete scam!

This platform is an absolute joke. They can't answer a single question properly. They find excuses not to pay you and you can't make changes without setting up a new account. What a total joke. I don't know how they are still in business.

I had a negative experience with impact.com. Despite earning money through their platform, I did not receive payment for my earnings. In my opinion, this platform is a scam and I do not recommend it to anyone.

And forgot about any help from their support team, they simple do not reply to any tickets. I'm tring to chase them from months.

Can't ****** register for an affiliate program through their website for 1 month already. Fix your trash website.

Very bad interface. Lot of login issues. A dashboard that shows wrong links. I wonder, how good brands are partering with impact.com !This is heavily damaging their affiliate potential. Requesting all reputed brands to reconsider and change their affiliate platform. It will be much easier and profitable to promote your business without impact.

I wrote the customer service twice and have not got an answer. After 3 weeks......

They declined my application without providing any reason, and just sent me a link to the Partner User Agreement. And that's all the explanations I have.

I woke up a few days ago and opened my Impact.com account to get surprised that my account was locked due to many login attempts, I'm not the only one who has experienced this, but hundreds of people has experienced the same.
Their support is trash, they don't even answer the mails people send to them...

Today I got my first withdrawal from Impact.com and it was really fast. Their support is always willing to help and they respond fairly quickly! The people who probably write the negative reviews are people who got banned because they tried to cheat! The only thing that Impact could improve is the reason you get declined or kicked out of some affiliate program! Other than that, they are a pretty good platform! Also, I wish some advertisers could respond faster than they do!

I am working hard to get user click and purchases of the product. it is not any link click showing on the website, So i think, My be there are no any click on the link on my website, But in my website most traffic from my desired keyword. Then I used pretty link to track the link click, My each affiliate link added on website has more than 100 click, but on impact dashboard there are only 4 click.
So, For verification I told my friend to purchase an item from on of my affiliate approved website.
I shared them custom link. to buy product.
They have purchased the item, but I didn't get any commission from impact, When I contacted impact they simply told that talk to that website manager, They will verify your purchase and add commission to the dashboard.
But no any commission added.

If you think Impact will help you increase sales of your product you are most likely wrong. Yes, there are a few good quality media outlets/influencers listed on Impact, but these will never respond to you or accept your request.

Other than that the platform is filled with "influencers" and portals of extremely low quality with close to zero traffic (and cheap websites) that you don't even want to be associated with. Also most of them are from 3rd world countries. Impact has failed to do absolutely any background check on their listed partners.

That is not all - many of the registered partners are not people interested in promoting products, instead they are companies trying to sell you either affiliate program management services or other promotional services for high fees.

We have also tried to bring influencers from outside of Impact and our impression is that the affiliate market is extremely oversaturated - no decent partner wants to work on affiliate only basis (e.g. getting % from the sale). Instead they all require a flat fee on top the % from the sale which makes the whole collaboration unprofitable for you.

If you still want to try affiliate program for your brand - at least choose one of the free/low fee platforms without long term commitment. We have signed a 12 month contract with Impact with high monthly fee and now we're stuck with it.

Avoid Impact.com at all cost.
They will lock your business in cost prohibitive annual agreements.
Their UI is dated from the late 90's making it impossible to work with.
Their entire business is basically an entreprise sales organisation that sells annual contracts for an outdated software solution. There are far better solutions out there that are modern and affordable both for publishers and companies looking to work with affiliates.
