I'm working so hard for getting commission by Impact. But there is increasing clicks but not getting sales commission added to my account. Their support is very poor. But why do the big brands join impact? For scamming?

i got user click on my link ad buy many domains before 1 month ago but still i didn't get any payment till now and i try to contact impact customer support but know what from last month still now i can't able to customer support through any way, by ticket ( it's never created Window just load upto many hours and still loaded and ticket your ticket fr help will be never created ), They also mention they have chat support in working hours but they lier don't have any chat support usless service . i wasted my time, my hardwork and my commision also in this site.

Scammers , after users take action on my affiliate links , i didn't get my money in my balance .

* Bad customer service.
* Dashboard very very bad and slowly.

* They will took your money and they will deactivate your account with no reason .

Wilko moved from Affiliate Window (excellent) to Impact so I thought I'd try them out. Order a few things using the correct link, the link registered but commission didn't. Contacted the company 2 weeks ago and was told the issue would be investigated - nothing. Don't trust them to register any sales commission.

I am not sure how people rate this service 5 stars! I mean just for once try to use their customer support and ask a payment question. You'll literally end up being ignored. No one even bothers answering you. Almost like a scam service. Just avoid the service and find any alternative. I am sure it will be a better experience.

The level of incompetence shown by their technical support is astounding. 2 weeks of back and forth over a simple password reset. Still waiting. Their emails are no-reply so you have to use the contact form to respond. This then creates a new ticket and puts you at the back of the queue. They then ask you to log in and communicate via your dashboard, evidently forgetting that the very reason for raising a ticket in the first place was an inability to log in. Then they ask for screenshots that can't be sent by email (no-reply) or uploaded to the contact form. You'd think they'd know this..? Clearly not. No wonder they can't resolve a simple password reset. Their excuse? That's just the way the system is set up. Ridiculous! Not fit for purpose!

No analytics capability, filter or breakdown to understand the traffic you drive.

To me that's a deal breaker.

Basically it just counts clicks, I can do that 100 other (better) ways.

Impact is by far the best affiliate network I used. The signup process was smooth and the link creation tools are easy to use. Plus there are great brands on impact that we can partner with.

I am very disappointed because many say it is good
After I made profits, I was paid, my account was deactivated
The problem is that the reason is not clear and that I am making profits because I am a YouTuber
i contacted them many times but didn't answer. Support was very, very bad

Horrible service. I started to be affiliate from kraken who moved me to this site so i can get traffic to kraken. I tested it with getting a link from Impact to share with friends. My wife opened account with that link, traded over $3000 still Impact showing me no commission... when i contacted them they say speak to Kraken. No proper help even though i sent them proof of transactions...avoid them...

Great Affiliate Network, where has good email support. But not possible to change currency, when you fixed it your own country as like BDT. Also has a problem with money withdrawal, that is sent via HSBC bank. I think you should change it immediately, many companies do not follow the via option. you should send the money directly to marketer bank account. Thank you.
