Impact Recruitment has been amazing for the short time I was with them. I had contacted them to find a better suited job and Charley from the team had called me about an opening. It was the perfect match up, from the call to starting only took 1 day, and only 8 weeks into my employment I had landed a contract with the company. Amazing people, very dedicated and professional. Highly recommend.

I would write this review based on my experiences with Impact Recruitment, i’d like to start by praising Seb Hannah and Debbie for the countless and tiring hours of dedication to all of us and our needs. We can call upon them at any time and they are always willing to help and go the extra mile to support our needs and our requests I don’t feel I’m working for a company. I feel I’m working with family and I would recommend Impact Recruitment to anyone and any friend I may have.

Great recruitment agency with a very professional team. I signed up on Tuesday 14th and started full-time, with ongoing work just 2 days later. Jade will work with you to find a suitable role and won't just send you anywhere

I’ve been working for impact for around 12 weeks. I’m extremely happy as I feel I’ve been welcomed into a wonderful team.

The best agency I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for, I was out of work and signed up, within days they had me in a job, unfortunately the first one wasn’t the right fit for me, but then I met Ben, who got me into a job that was perfect and exactly what I asked for, he listened to me and was compassionate when I needed him to be. If it wasn’t for Ben and his hard work, I’d still be looking for a job now I have no doubt about that. I’ve just been taken on full time now and it’s almost a little bit sad to know I won’t be working for Impact anymore, however I know that if I ever fell on hard times again I could rely on the team there to help me out. I've been using impact recruitment since 2021. On and off always been pleased with the work provided and more importantly how the staff treat you. There are some great guys at impact this time around I've been dealing with Brad and I'm very happy never had a issue with payment or any issues at all. The staff at impact are helpful and upfront and honest. A good agency to work for !

Was really a pleasure working with Impact, the recruitment process was hassle free, got a staff assigned to me (for queries and support)and boy was he always ready to clarify anything and sort any issues which truthfully there weren't any. Don't know how but I also found out I was earning same as the permanent staff of the organization I was assigned to from the get go, no deduction whatsoever. So yeah, I highly recommend impact recruitment for a hassle free employment.
